Kickboxing, Bootcamp & Beyond
As the name suggests, this class is the ultimate combination of the proven benefits of kickboxing, poured into a fitness bootcamp format, but goes far beyond sprints, pushups, squats and situps. The kickboxing is supplemented by the most effective personal training exercises and tools to give you the most exhilarating exercise experience yet.
We employ a non-military style to motivate clients our clients to take out daily frustration and stress, as you will strap on your boxing gloves to kick and punch target shields and mitts.
This class truly feels like personal training, as trainers provide individualized attention, and modify exercises to accommodate the beginner level exerciser or to challenge the advanced.
Our Playdate Fitness class is perfect for moms.

S&J Fitness and Kickboxing was established as the owner stumbled upon the amazing results he was achieving with clients by combining his knowledge of fitness kickboxing and his unique toolbox of personal training techniques based on almost 20 years of personal trainer experience. S&J Fitness and Kickboxing now aims to reach as many people as possible, who are looking to lose weight and a healthier lifestyle and achieve those great results.

Business Owner
Andy was born in Suriname and raised in the Netherlands. He came to the United States in 1998 to play college basketball and also played basketball at the professional level. He has always had a passion for fitness and helping people, so a career in personal training was a no-brainer.He was introduced to kickboxing in 2002 and combining that with his vast knowledge of various personal training techniques, has yielded some amazing results for his clients. Clients like Andy for his fun-loving personality, the fact that he truly cares about their well-being and the way he is able to give a personalized feel to a group workout.
