Ron may have done a good job selling our home but we never got that far. We had an appointment set about 2 weeks in advance, and Ron had emailed me to confirm. He then emailed me a few days before the appointment to reconfirm, which I did. On the day of, we were very busy and scheduled our whole day around this appointment. We got home just in time, and waited for Ron to show up. While I was waiting, I decided to check my email, and saw that Ron had emailed me 1.5 hours prior to reconfirm the appointment again, and to give him a call. I tried calling him, and got his VM, so I replied to his email saying we are home and waiting on him. He responded saying that he scheduled another meeting because I did not reconfirm on his last email. I asked him why he sent a last minute email instead of calling me, since we were already confirmed for the appointment. He responded by saying he is very busy.
Thanks for wasting my time Ron. Hope you treat others with a more professional courtesy, and don’t waste their time as well.

I was a first time buyer who knew nothing about purchasing a home. I went looking at Open Houses but didn’t find many agents interesting in talking … until I met Ron.
