I have no idea what time this place actually opens. The sign says 8:00AM. I was waiting outside when a few people just walked right in. I walked in and the waiting room was 80% full at 7:45AM! Now it is so overcrowded in here that there aren’t any seats. People waiting outside and in corners. Like a sardine can! Never returning!

I wish there’s a way not to even give a one star review! They do not deserve a single star!!!
I’m an RN, came from work, still wearing my uniform, so Quest phlebotomist you think would know that I know what they do! Once you poke the needle in the vein & got a blood return, you only need to advance the needle a little bit more! Not only they pushed the needle more than halfway, it was jammed!!! Giving me a huge bruise!!!

No appointment needed. Receptionist are nice and always busy! I’m a walk in and doesn’t take that long for them to call and draw my blood.

My Pain Management medical group now requires a urine test once year if you are on pain medication, which I am, and Oxicodone is one of them.
No, not to determine if you are abusing the medication, but to be sure you are taking the medication and not selling it.
So, no problem there for those of you here on Unilocal who know MP!
And the adventure begins based on my primarily relevant to a customer experience.
I must admit the staff here have great composure when dealing with the many individuals which consists of irresponsible parents that let their spawn of many run a muck, and too apparently have no baby sitter or relative to take care of their spawn.
*When I went with a technician to submit my urine sample, we found a bathroom with 2 children, unattended, ages 6 or 7 in there alone; no need to tell you just how quick a sicko roaming this hallway could have gone in & done GOD knows what to those 2 little boys, and then, the Father shows up with a clueless look on his face as BOTH the technician & I in Spanish attempted to tell him of the errors of such neglect.
I was very distressed to notice that when an elderly couple came in, BOTH were utilizing walkers, and not 1 of these people got up to offer a seat, so I asked, no, make that demanded in Spanish that their spawn get out of the chairs, so these seniors could sit down, clearly they were BOTH in much pain, and I’m sure this trip was all they could get through for the day.
Again, 3 more individuals clearly disabled, 1 of whom was on a vent in a wheelchair, were again ignored by the waiting room of 95% selfish participants to offer help & give up a seat.
Also, the staff treated them so nice, and even brought out cushions for their seats, now that’s an AH-​HA moment in this world of [Lack of Manners Syndrome].
What mess of a place, and I chose to stand against the wall, even when a seat opened up.
I too found as is usually the case, if you sign in, and do not have an appointment, if you treat the individual with the power as to how soon you get seen to have whatever is required, you will have your needs met sooner.
All & all this would not be my go to place for future labs & other tests, (and admittedly I’m glad I don’t), but on MP’s scale of 3 Star adjectives:
A) A-​Okay in a good way.
B) A-​Okay.
C) Just A-​okay.
I’d select B, professional, courteous, informative, patient and still smiles under pressure, even staggering their breaks to maintain continuity leave me at this conclusion.
Having to deal with this on a daily basis, Quest & the staff surely are in need a few sessions of this of this to cope… then again:

Horrible service,
Went there with my pregnant wife at 12:20pm when we had an appointment at 12:15, only minutes late and when we went the door was locked. I looked at the window and it said they take lunch at 12:30pm-1:30pm. To make it worse 3 employees then walked out of the office without acknowledging that me as we’ll as 2 other people with their infants were waiting outside in 92+ degree weather! I will never go back to this joke of a place.
This quest diagnostics is the worse I’ve been to by far. Whatever happened to taking care of your clients or even just caring for others. Were all human to.

Hit or miss with wait times, especially if you have an appointment. I can understand a five or ten minute wait but going on 35 minutes over with no feedback or update? Inexcusable. Only reason why I come here as its closer to home (next closer location is about three miles away).

Non existent customer service. Obviously they don’t know what they are doing, see my bloody vein pic on 7.3.14! This place is a joke! If your only job is drawing blood, you’d think they would have it down… They DONT!

The facility moved. They have a sign directing you to across the street 2880 Atlantic #270. It s a bit if a maze so allow time. You can schedule an appt call 888 277 8772. Good luck

Horrible! Do everything you can to avoid coming here. I’d rather drain my own blood at home and send it in a tupperware. Horribly inefficient, no air coming in, people standing around being herded like cattle, no place to sit. This is close to hell! This place should be ashamed of themselves.

Couldn’t be better. Mentioned I was behind schedule, dude had my blood drawn faster than if Doc Holiday was a vampire. Half expected to hear him say, «I’m your daisy.»
