This place feels like home to me. I’ve been going there for 8yrs or so. I just recently moved to Seattle and still fly down to get my spa pedicures here. My go to gal is Tina who is gentle and attentive. It’s not a fancy place nor is it state of the art in nail design, but if you’re looking for a simple salon with a great massage — this is pretty great for Long Beach.

I like this place because of the amazing long foot massages, but I’ve tried to come at 6 at least 3 times now and the place is always closed, lights off and no one there, although they advertise that they close at 7. Please don’t advertise that you close at 7 if no one is there past 6. Very frustrating! I was unhappy about this and the very expensive price for gel acrylics so I haven’t come for a bit and used to come every week. Just tried to come for my first time in awhile and once again closed at 6… Not sure yet if I will return.

Horrible, cheap nail polish selection. Literally maybe 10 – 15 options of 99 cent store colors. I was asked to pay about 2 minutes into my pedicure. I asked why so early and they said because they were closing. They didn’t close for 2 more hours. Then 5 minutes later asked to pay again. If I didn’t already pay I would have walked out about 10 minutes in. Wet feet and all.

Great place. Very clean, quick, and great staff. They got artsy with my nails for Halloween and I love them! They are my go to when it’s time for a pedicure

This place is awesome! My whole family goes here. I’ve been going there for over 15 years. Everyone is great and friendly. It’s like a big family, they take care of you and greet you always. Lynn, Tammi and the entire crew give top notch quality customer service with every visit. We love you QT Nails!

I will give this place 3 stars due to how clean it was and the lady that did my pedicure was really nice. But there are more cons than pros Number one: the lady that seem to own the place or was the manager was not a very happy person and lacks customer service skills, she’s like can you pay me now? Number two: they do not do Gel polish on the toes. Number three: they consider a spa pedicure if you sit in the spa chair so very old fashion Number four: I asked him to do a simple zigzag design and the lady couldn’t do it she can only do a flower so if you’re looking for designs this is not the place to go. Number five: when the lady asked me to pay her before I was even 30% completed with my service she didn’t tell me that I couldn’t write in a tip she just charge my card so I couldn’t give the lady that did my pedicure at it more than two dollars that I had my pocket

They are a huge rip off rude to customers don’t like to conversion with you parking was fine clean area but crappy nails and paint job not to many colors to chose from they lay on the coast and argue with customers don’t have a lot of air flow through there and not a fan on each table.

Clean salon with newer chairs. There’s ample parking since it’s located in a strip mall. I read that they didn’t have an assortment of polish colors so I brought my own. Though they had a few, the selection was kinda limited. I paid $ 18 for a spa pedi, and was happy with the overall service. Most of the ladies had a solid command of English, which makes it easier when requesting options or having a chi chat. I’d return because of the spa chair, good pedi, clean salon, and the polite staff that you can rap with :-)

This is my go-to nail salon. They are usually really good about not making me wait too long for a pedicure. I love the comfortable seats and the massage features! The ladies there are great at polishing and are friendly. I think the prices are pretty adequate for the services. The polish they have isn’t any brand that I recognize, but it does last a while and looks quality once painted on the nail.

The pros: super nice salon! They have a ton of colors to choose from, especially in gels! The salon is super clean and there are a ton of staff so you won’t have to wait too long. I was seated right away. The cons: I got the store manager I think. The woman who was doing my nails didn’t even ask me anything. She just started going. I was getting a full and gel set. All she did was speak to her workers. She would barely look at my nails because she was so preoccupied with her staff! Another thing that was weird was how she did my fill. She did not take her time which is why I’m writing this review. Her work was beyond sloppy. I tried telling her that she missed a spot but she brushed it off. It hasn’t even been two weeks and my nails already look terrible. If she would have taken her time and did the right steps to applying the polish, they probably would have lasted longer. Super disappointed. On the bright side, I love the colors I chose!

I was in desperate need of a pedicure and manicure and was at Marshalls next door when I saw this place. Pro: They were able to take me right away so I decided to try them. Cons: generic nail polish–«not brand name, like Opi» –ladies seemed disinterested in their jobs, did not do a thorough job of cutting, cleaning nails and nail beds –barely scrubbed my feet, which I said earlier were in desperate need! I had to ASK for callous remover, which they charged $ 5 and, again, barely rubbed my feet! –mediocre mani/pedi

Love my nails! Helen did an awesome job. . I usually don’t post anything but I had to take the time to post. Helen did a flawless, gorgeous oval shape full set for me. Thanks Helen, you rock!

Okay so I was going around the area since I just moved around there. I saw this place and walked in. They were able to see me right away. Which is why they only get one star… Now the service was meh. They weren’t rude but they definitely didn’t try to be friendly or social. Which isn’t really a bad thing but hey at least a friendly smile would be nice. Now the actual nails, I am upset! I got a pedicure where they barely even scrubbed the bottom of my foot. Even for a standard pedicure, I had it done way better! And I also got a gel manicure, now I have gotten them done before at another location. Normally, you feel something on your nails when you put them under the UV light. At their location, I felt nothing! That did make me kinda question if they were using the right products. But I saw the nail polish bottle they were using and it did say«UV gel». So I didn’t say anything. Now when I left I was happy with how it looked. But after being home, I looked at my nail and I have a CHIP!!! Like I said, I had gel nails before. Mines didn’t chip till like 3 weeks! And this chipped not even a day after, it chipped HOURS after!!! I would NOT trust their products!!! I say keep on moving for a different location! So disappointed! Not worth the time or money!!!

I shouldn’t tell people about this place because I LOVE this place. I’ve travelled to spas and I can’t get my nails done because I know for the price they charge, I can’t get the same special treatment any where else better than QT Nails. Make an appointment and they’ll treat you right! You can also walk in, but don’t be surprised if it’s busy. They wear uniforms so you know they take pride in their work.

After arriving in Long Beach, my mom, sister, and I stopped at In N Out. Looking around at the strip mall, I suggested we get pedicures. QT nails did a nice job with my pedicure– long calf/foot massage. They did a good job with the polish but I do have to say that their selection of colors was not impressive, both with respect to the brands and the colors. While they service was friendly and prompt, I come to get color on my nails, and I would have to end up bringing my own if I was ever in town again.

I came in 2 hours before they close on a Saturday and they said they were booked for the night meanwhile there is nail techs sitting around. Next customer comes in who seems to be a regular and a appointment just opened up. I get it. SOIFYOUARENOT A REGULARDON’T COMEHERE. So rude and unprofessional. FYI They have only cheap nail polishes here. No opi and no essie.

Long Beach, CA: Wow, no stench of chemicals. Very well aired out. Good work on our two manicures and one pedicure. There was attention to clarifying costs for extra service, e.g. +$ 3 for buffing instead of polish, and care in each step of the procedures. The included hand and leg massages were so soothing! Very reasonable fees($ 10 for basic manicure and $ 16 for the pedicure). CASH only.
