This guys communication skills are horrible. I been trying to get some shirts done for 3 weeks.
I called him and got no answer.
I texted him and got no response.
I sent him a direct message on Instagram and he finally responded.
I emailed him what I wanted and was informed that I would get an invoice. Guess what I got nothing and told him I didn’t receive the invoice.
This guys work looks good but the question is can you get him to process and complete your order.
If your busy just say it and people can take their money elsewhere. I’m not sure if my order was too small but this was ridiculous.

Great shirts! Melo gave me several options on what kind of tanks he had available and they were all at an affordable price.
Shirts were exactly what I wanted and I was really happy with the quality. I can’t wait to use them for my friend’s bachelorette party!

I actually made an order through Instagram, I thought they would redirect me, or make me fill out a form, but they didn’t. They just asked me to message them the logo I wanted and they took from there.
They then emailed me a quote and I proceeded to pay through PayPal with my card quick and easy. I was done within a few minutes.
They maintained good communication throughout, letting me know what was happening with my order and when it was shipped.
The order did take longer than I expected to get to me as mine was a rush order, but when it arrived it was packaged well and in good condition. The print of the words and the logo are very well done, I am however, a little disappointed with the T-​Shirt quality. For the money I paid I would expect it to be a little thicker, as it is slightly see through, not a desirable trait for a women. But as a whole I am pleased with their customer service and their product.

I needed 25 T shirts with my friends companies logo on then in less than 3 days. I had heard about new Era screen printing and decided to give them a shot, since the service seemed promising. I called up and spoke to a gentleman, and he had the shirts ready in just 2 days! The quality of the shirts were great! New Era screen printing will now be my go to business for screen printing!

I placed a order of 40 shirts and needed it done in 3 days and I was really happy with the outcome. For starters Melo gave me the best quote of out 6 other shops and worked with my budget. Quality of the shirts and designs were perfect A+++. The best part was that Melo had my shirts ready in 2 days. My softball team is really happy and ready for the season. Will definitely come back for more work and recommend this shop if you want the best designs and shirts .
