Established in 2014.

NEST SoCal Group is an established real estate sales team serving the Greater Long Beach and Orange County residential re-​sale markets.

The Group was developed after Partners, Noelle Longmeyer and Candice Culen decided to combine their more than 30 years of real estate sales experience to create a unique, lifestyle brand that embodies the thoughtful service they provide.

The collaboration of specialists that oversee the real estate process from the initial consultation, through marketing, negotiation, transaction management, and into the ongoing stage of client care and support, has allowed us to set ourselves apart in our market area as comprehensive Real Estate Consultants.

Business Owner

Noelle, a California native and Realtor for 12+ years has extensive experience in residential sales throughout the greater Long Beach area and Orange County. She has been a recipient of several awards for her multi-​million dollar sales production, but most importantly, she has earned numerous and regular referrals and repeat business because of her attention to detail, responsibility, and personal care.

Candice Culen, brings experience and ability in marketing, property management and design as well as over 16 years of residential real estate experience to better serve you with all of your Real Estate needs. Candice has the extensive knowledge of the history of Real Estate coming from a family owning Real Estate companies in Oklahoma and Texas as well as having ownership herself in three local Keller Williams offices. Her tenacity, passion, eye for detail and working knowledge of nearly every aspect of the real estate process makes buying or selling your home a dream!
