My Memory Studio

My Memory Studio has nothing but great service! First time I ever booked this service was September of last year through a deal I found on Living Social. It was for my little sister’s quinceñera. Luigi was the guy I contacted & his attitude was beyond friendly. All questions were answered & options were given. Aside from having trouble with the actual hall for the photo booth being a bit too large for the space being, the service Luigi gave was great! I was overall pleased with this service because a CD with all the pictures were mailed to me & two strips of pictures were included in each print; one for the guests to keep & another for a scrapbook that was provided along with markers & stickers to decorate & make a memory for my sister. My guests LOVED the photo booth & had a lot of fun with the props that were brought along. Ever since then I have booked My Memory Studio. In two weeks, it’ll be my third time booking. I HIGHLY recommend this photo booth service to everyone!

I just used them for my wedding this last Saturday 9-​7-​2013. I don’t know where to start. The person or owner I believe was luigi and he was the main guy I communicated with and came down and set up that day. First off I was very close to giving them zero stars, but I believe his prompt arrival for set up deserve that one star… (being sarcastic) as for everything else, it was poor planning from the beginning till the end. His attitude sucks during email strings and his people skills as well for the guests! First and foremost I contacted him for months since we bought this deal off living social. He then got serious 3 days! Before the wedding asking for all kinds of information! (3days before… seriously!) Then the night before he finally gave me 2 options to go with and they weren’t even decent looks, but had. No choice. To choose the better of the 2. Wife was horrified by. This. Moment and for him to have us decide something that should of been done weeks in advance. Poor time management. Then the day of the wedding luigi never explained to us there was a scrap book that people can glue the 2^nd strips onto and write something for us. He layed. The. Scrapbook on the same table as the props so knowing that… he should of known nobody would of never seen it. I then asked him the next day «you never mention we get a scap book and also if we did… how come he should of said something or let us announce it. We got home and only had 2 pages with 4 strips out of hundreds that’s was done that night. It was so sad and considering it was once in a lifetime wedding! It would of been memorable! Luigi’s excuse was «the kids were unsupervised and its not my job to tell people over and over the 2^nd strip is for the album». He should of known better and put a sign with the album on another smaller table. Also when they get the pictures there should be something that says «one for you and one forthe brideand. Groom?» Anything could of work but his continuous blame on the kids and props being everywhere wasn’t cutting it for me. What really ticked me off the most was something it didn’t tell luigi… one of. Those kids were mine! She is 8 yrs old and very mature for her age and whether or. Not kids are using the props for the photobooth, clean or organize it. There is never a clean prop area and he should of been nicer about it and not make the experience that terrible. Especially for my own daughter!
Unprofessional and will never deal withthem ever and he refused to make anything right after emailing him several times… on top of that I been getting comments from all friends that attended the wedding claiming he was rude and didn’t even have business cards! Luigi needs to get it right or this business will not go far. Worst money spent and made a memorible night terrible! Stay away from this guy!

I was extremely pleased with the service that Luigi provided for my wedding the 1^st of June! When I called him I told him my budget and he was able to provide a package that was within that budget for me. He arrived several hours early to the venue to set up and make sure everything was working, he was there the entire time and brought so many props and a scrapbook. All of my friends at the wedding had a ton of fun and all of the kids enjoyed it as well, and he was patient with everyone. Both adults and children had a blast! Thank you Luigi!

The services provided by Luigi were nothing short of absolute professionalism. He started off by arriving early so that the photo booth could be set up and tested for any kinks. He was very attentive at all times and was more than happy to help with any questions. The prop table was kept neat and organized through out the whole night so that our guests could view all accessories available. The photo booth made the whole night and gave our guests something to go home with to remember their good times. I would definitely recommend his services and would use them again myself.
