Long Beach Boot Camp is a 4 week outdoor workout program offering fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Do you want to lose weight, tone your body, fit into those tight jeans or a gorgeous wedding gown, meet new friends, and find your inner athlete? If you answered yes to any one of these, Long Beach Boot Camp is definitely for you!
Women and men of all ages, shapes, experience and fitness levels will achieve great results. Instructors keep workouts challenging and fun, while everybody goes at their own pace. No matter what your current fitness level there’s always plenty of motivational support and encouragement from other Boot Campers. You choose your activity level and push yourself to YOUR limits. After the 4 weeks are over you WILL definitely see an overall improvement. Come outdoors with us and enjoy the fresh air and fun environment.

Established in 2005.
Long Beach Boot Camp and has been helping people gain balance, energy & strength for more than 4 years. We have grown from one 5:30am Women’s only class at Recreation Park to having several class times & locations in Belmont Heights, Bixby Knolls, Downtown Long Beach & Buena Park — many of which are now Co-Ed! We are passionate about your fitness and will be there to help make your workouts fun and interesting so can actually you workout with a smile and a sense of accomplishment. We offer fitness instruction, motivational training, and nutritional counseling in a positive environment. This is your time to focus on your personal best in your hour-of-power as you go at your own pace. No need to be in shape before joining, our program caters to all fitness levels — you will never be left behind or feeling like you are holding up the rest of the class. Come join our refreshing outdoor workouts as a means of reinvigorating or jump-starting your training.

Shannon P.
Business Owner
Shannon Paul is an avid fitness enthusiast. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Shannon is also an N.A.S.M. certified Personal Trainer, an Apex Certified Nutrition Specialist, N.E.S.T.A. certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, and an EZ8 Running Coach. In her college days at San Diego State University she was a scholar athlete and team captain of the women’s rowing team. Her passion for learning more about fitness led her to study abroad in Scotland and Australia where she became Certified as an Outdoor leader. In her professional career she is a Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, specializing in Titus Motion Therapy. She has worked in rehabilitation clinics, taught various exercise classes, organized fitness expeditions & has been the Fitness Director of a prestigious gym on the west coast.
