History

Established in 2004.

Founding Partner, Grace Parris-​Walker: My first year was award winning in real estate, I was invited to sit on the Agent Leadership Council’s /​Board of Directors for Keller Williams and also became an agent instructor, teaching a series of classes to associates of all skill levels.

A lot of doors opened from those initial couple years of success. From 2007 – 2014 I was the Team Leader/​CEO of the LA Harbor Keller Williams office in Rancho Palos Verdes. Currently I’m the Primary Owner /​Operating Partner of Keller Williams Coastal Properties in Long Beach.

In the recent years, I assembled an amazing team of like-​minded individuals to better serve our clients and that is how Live Distinctively was born.

After ten years in the Entertainment Industry as a Creative Director, I found myself exploring Real Estate. That is how Live Distinctively was born!
