I’m giving a 1 star only because I have to. This place is absolutely the very worst. They are so rude and unprofessional! You make an appointment and they still take the walk ins before YOU, even when you tell them when you enter that you have an appointment.
If you want to throw your tax return away, have them do your taxes, their fee’s are… made me sick! My husband attempted to use them, he has a straight forward EZ 1040 that takes 15 – 20 minutes to file. He doesn’t own anything, it’s so very basic! They told him his return amount was going to be $ 1000.00. Ok, about the same is last year. So, then came their fee’s…$ 475.00, he wasn’t going for that so they offered him 20% off. Seriously? Last year he went to a CPA that charged him $ 100! Liberty charged me $ 600 but gave me $ 200 off for an unknown reason, still $ 400 for basic straight forward EZ 1040. Stupid us, at least he walked out, I didn’t know how much they charged until I went over everything at home. So sad! We work hard and are good people with a beautiful daughter and we can’t get ahead, Southern California is expensive enough, this is loss for words terrible!
If you want horrible service that’s extremely overpriced ten Liberty Tax Service is the place you should go!!!

Recommend this location and any other LT service. These people are really there to help you out. You get the best out of it! I use to get my taxes done with a fam member and wasn’t getting anything. Here they really help you out, and if you recommend ppl, for every person you get $ 50!!! and lots of other prizes.
