This place is the best. I started going to this place when I was a student at CSULB. Only now I realized I never made a review. I originally went there because I discovered it provides far superior quality and service than Kinko’s that is across the street. The service is also far less expensive. I also like his service because he uses USPS over more expensive carriers and plus I always like supporting USPS. Today I have some documents scanned and added to my thumb drive at a very reasonable cost.
I actually started using his services Kinko’s frustrated me they had problems documents. The people a Kinko’s absorbed a lot of my time and never could get the quality I needed no matter how hard they tried. When I walks across the street to Krishna’s I discovered the quality I required was what Krishna’s normally provided and it was handled in a few seconds. After I graduated college I purchased a house nearby and every time I need a special scanning and printing to go, I go there. The owner has got super high quality machines and work stations. He also knows his equipment like the back of his hand. If you think about it, how else can a company like his compete with no problem against Kinko’s which is just across the street. My father also goes there and I send my neighbors and local friends over there when they ask. So far, I’ve not found anyone that ever had a problem.
I have read some of the reviews and do feel some are unfair in that, nobody will print documents ahead of time and risk losing that money unless you pay them first or have and account with them. For the person that believed they can get something printed for less, this place is the least expensive of any place I could find and Kinko’s charges much more. for those that think you can get material that’s less expensive, remember Kinko’s charges a lot more. I personally don’t think yo will find a more affordable or superior customer. The professors go to this guy because they have already vetted the business and found him to be the best overall alternative and worked out the best deals for their students there as a favor to them. Go anywhere else, like Kinko’s as other professor may do and you will find yourself waiting longer and paying more. I also like the Chinese restaurant in that same area, very healthy food.

I’ve been here before and the owner was nice enough, but when I called today to find out if they would close at 7pm tonight, he said yes. So I got here a couple of minutes ago to make a purchase for my class tomorrow and Winter hours are posted as them closing at 6pm. They are the only copy center that has the packet I need for my class, so needless to say I will no longer be recommending them. Be forewarned.

This place is quite a significant bit cheaper than FedEx/​Kinkos in Cypress and Los Altos. The service is excellent and honestly it feels great to do business with a local small business owner than a big corporation. I 100% recommend using them. They are great.

I’m a person who cares more about customer service than how the place looks. Sure the place is near school and it’s cheaper than the school book stores. But there is never parking in the parking lot. And I feel like the workers there care more about getting people in and out rather than listening and answering questions. I walked in there to buy a course packet and I felt very pushed around. The workers were rude. I asked them a question and they answered me with attitude and didn’t even look at me. I never wanted to come back but unfortunately, another teacher asked for a course packed from this place.

I’ve used Krisha Copy Pro’s services for business-​related needs (bound presentations, sell sheets, labels etc) and they’ve done a fantastic job. Suroj has been super attentive and helpful, and the prices have been reasonable. Great service, I highly recommend them.

Place looks a little bit sketch, but the service is fast and efficient. Prices are good too. Close to campus!

I returned to the shop to confront the owner of the mistake he made. he said it was My fault? I came in asking for 30 copies and was charged and given 60 copies.
What’s the owners solution to my $ 55 dollar printing bill? WE CAN REFUND YOU $ 5!
Yeah you heard me right. $ 5…
SAVE YOUR HEADACHE AND GO TO FEDEX ACROSS THE STREET. Yeah it a few cents more a page but if they mess up they’ll fix their wrongs like they have before. I am all for supporting smaller shops but I am never coming back to this place. The owner is about as helpful as a DMV employee.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I feel the employees are very rude and unwilling to help with simple tasks like helping a client fix an email issue.

Just picked up a course reader for a course at CSULB (relatively cheap $ 21)
The man who rang me up was so nice and kind.

This is for their print part. I was told they’d have everything I needed for my class already printed. they did not. So I had to sit there for about 10 minutes waiting for them to print my booklet. The guys at the front were not helpful and they messed up the binding. $ 35 for way below sub par work. I’ve gone here before and had a similar experience. I avoid this place at all costs, but my profs keep using it for some reason.

Great service and a friendly smile every time.

Really, I come to ship one box and ask for them to tape it for me yet they’re unwilling to do so, rather require me to buy a whole roll of tape, how lame!!!

Ended up paying $ 15 to put my flashdrive in the computer and print out ~30 black and white pages. WTH! If you are a CSULB student, don’t go here to print your stuff. I could have just spent 10 cents printing at school but I thought it would be cheaper at this shop, but 50 cents each for BLACK AND WHITE 8×11.5 page prints for just my essay? Wow… I can’t even.
I would give it one star just for that, but I got bindings and that only costed $ 4 which is a great price. But seriously… 50 cents per page to print black and white? Dude… I… just… can’t…

I’ve never had a problem with this place.
They have always completed my orders with no hassle and have shown great consistency throughout.
I definitely recommend Krishna copy Pro.
The only reason I have a 4 star rating is because… Does it hurt that much to smile in the morning? :) hopefully they can increase the customer satisfactory experience through friendly interaction… Probably just me. Otherwise, I recommend them for both shipping and copying needs.

Their service is quick, but customer service is absolute ZERO!
I’d rather go somewhere else and pay more than have to deal with these short tempered, rude and angry people.
Scenario– Walked in to get papers printed, immediately was given the angry eye, not even greeted and was asked «What do you want?». Then for five minutes, the two men talked to each other in their language. Job was done, they said «you pay now». Okay. RUDE! Did not even tell me the price, got an annoyed looked when I did ask how much it was going to be. Card got swiped, and I just left, without saying a word. No thank you, no good bye, no nothing.

Review is for their Post Office Services.
Great place to mail things off from without having to go to a US Post Office location. Very convenient location and open until 7pm during the week.

I haven’t needed a reader for school in quite some time, so I didn’t know what to expect in coming to this copy shop. Here’s what I got.
A long line of students waiting to get their books and/​or copies.
A somewhat surly staff who managed to keep the chaos under control.
A $ 25 reader that did not include actual binding and was, instead, bound by a rubber band (whether this decision was up to my professor or the copy shop, I don’t know)
A convenient location near 7 – 11 (where I can get my slurpee fix)
Nothing spectacular. Nothing terrible. Just middle of the road.

Believe or not but I used them to print my wedding invitations and the came out great!!! I love these guys. They are always willing to help (unlike Kinko’s… I effing hate Kinko’s…)
This place is not fitted with the most state of the art equipment but they are definitely efficient in getting the job done!

This copy place has offers USPS service.
I wish more professors used this copy center because it’s convenient, close to campus, and more affordable than the bookstore. WAY MORE affordable.
Anyway, the wait isn’t long if they have a copy printed, otherwise if they need to print it and bind it then you might be here longer than a minute or so. Can’t really complain though because they are working fast and trying to get you out as soon as possible. They understand that as students we have a billion things to do first couple weeks of school.
They keep a list of the copies in case you forget your class instructor or section.
If you don’t know where this place is, well it’s located in the little center off of Atherton/​Palo Verde where 711 is. Parking is limited.
They accept cash/​debit/​credit. $ 5 minimum, I believe.
