Karma Dog Training is a veterinarian endorsed dog training company home to experienced behavior specialists and professional members of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT # 67 243), an organization which prides itself with a mission toward enhancing the human-​canine relationship through education and dog-​friendly training.

By engaging in private, one-​on-​one, in-​home sessions or attending one of Karma’s innovative and entertaining group classes, you can expect to develop the tools, strategies and knowledge to deal effectively with all aspects of your dog’s behavior built on the foundation of cooperation and mutual respect.

Veterinarian Endorsed Puppy Classes!

Karma’s Puppy Classes are endorsed by over 500 veterinarians, including Founder of the APDT, Dr. Ian Dunbar, who has called the classes «a wonderful way to socialize puppies in a safe and responsible way».

Featuring climate controlled spacious rooms, the floors are kept immaculate as they are parvo and distemper disinfected before each class. This allows maximum safety and comfort for your new puppy!

In addition to socialization, your pup will learn basic obedience with Karma’s 7 Requests for Success — «watch me», «stay», «come», «down», «loose leash walking», «leave it» & «go to your bed». Your dog will learn this with hand signals and voice cues. No harsh corrections.

Once you become a client. you’ll also be given a unique credentials to gain access to all of the Karma Dog Training course materials.

History

Established in 2004.

Founded in 2004, Karma Dog Training has since earned the respect and endorsement of many well-​respected veterinarians including Dr. Ian Dunbar, founder of the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) who has called Karma Dog Training’s TPSP sponsored puppy training and puppy socialization classes «a wonderful way to socialize puppies in a safe and responsible manner.» Dr. R. K. Anderson, the venerable DVM to the veterinarian community, has also endorsed Karma Dog Training’s early puppy kindergarten and socialization classes. Karma Dog Training has been featured as an expert dog training company on news organizations such as ABC, NBC and CBS. Karma Dog provides training for basic obedience cases, as well as serious dog behavior modification cases, along with therapy and service dog training.
