Jack in the Box

Im done with this Jack n the Box!!! I go to lbcc right across the street and this place is so convenient, I’ve been 3x and every time I went was a bad experience. The first time I had a burger and it didn’t taste good at all I thought it was the bun;but it was the meat they gave me old meat that was sitting there so old that the patty was black :/.Second time I ordered curly fries and they were so hard I gave up. And today I get their hash browns and once again it was so crunchy and it had while marks on them like they had been sitting out. Ive worked in fast food so I understand the struggle but… there is no excuse. The whole crew looks a hot mess especially the manager. The inside is so dirty that I take my food to go. I really believe corporate needs to come in and get this place together, and hire new/​more people. This place makes me sick!!!

The worst service ever, it’s completely filthy, no manager onsite, they served me an old ass chicken patty that looks like it was from yesterday, I rather starve then eat here again

Place is ghetto as hell, too many bums and crackheads. Other than that the employees are nice, never had an issue with any of them the few times I go to get a coffee and churros.

Came here a couple nights ago for some burgers and was rushed when ordering worker didn’t even pay attention to my requests and instead of getting a cheeseburger with no sauce like I asked they charge me for a cheeseburger and give me no cheese but sauce
I go back because after I call they said they would comp me when I go in they don’t know anything about it and tell me can’t do nothing without food and it’s just human error more like just stupidity and not paying attention

Perhaps it’s bc I’m from out of town but the food just didn’t taste right… cheese was a weird color like something from playdoh… the meat wasn’t even hot (concerning) curly fries tasted stale and old.
The guy who took my order was friendly enough but not the least bit of concern that I was there seemed like.
Definitely won’t be coming back to this location… I would complain and get my money back but really not worth my gas and energy to get 6 $ back… sorry to this location but sad excuse for representing Jack in the box

Horrible and racist staff.
One of my friends runs a youth group and one of the kids (who is Aftrican-​American) tried to order food and was totally ignored. When the child’s parents complained, the manager tried to buy off the parents with food. Huh?
Avoid this place.

Worst jack n the box ever. First off, the lady behind the counter was on her phone when my mom, sister, and mom were placing our order. She had no manners nor was she respectful. She didn’t care about her job or about the customers. And she gave my mom an attitude when my mom confronted her horrible behavior. Secondly, my mom went to talk to the manager who shouldn’t be a manager. He didn’t respect us either and stood up for the staff member. He implied that we were interrupting his break. Right. So heads up, don’t go here. Go to a more decent jack n the box. This doesn’t come near the d in decency. If it were possible, I’d give this no stars.

I can only rate the drive thru and food, which is both just as good as any or better than most other fast foods.

The people working here are generally really nice. However, there are just way too many shady people hanging out at this particular Jack in the Box. By shady people I’m referring to homeless people and drug addicts. You will always get asked for spare change by them inside or right outside the doors. Also, good luck having to use the restroom at this location. Homeless people are always in there doing drugs. If you have to eat inside just don’t make eye contact with the other patrons.

It’s Jack in the Box… come on, it’s fast food, what do you really expect?
I hit the drive-​thru many mornings on my way to work and grab a breakfast burrito or something. The food is always hot, is SUPER HEALTHY for you (not!) and tastes fine for what it is. Hey, this ain’t 5 star dining here people!
They recently changed the menu, removing the chorizo & egg burrito from it. Fortunately I was able to order it a few more times after the menu changed.
The people in the window are always nice.
Again… It’s fast food… what more do you want?

I come here a lot for breakfast and they haven’t wronged me once. The staff is friendly and the food is genuine JITB. I’m partial to the ultimate breakfast sandwich. The switch to hashbrown stick is good. The coffee could use some attention. I’m also grateful they do breakfast all day.

This is probably the worst jack in the box ive ever been too. I’ve given this place a couple chances but it still sucked.
The first time i went there it wasnt busy at all. I went down and ordered my food and it took about 15 minutes to get it. When i had gotten it i was missing some items which then took longer to cook. The lady behind the counter had the worst attitude ever. The store was really messy and the trash cans were overflowing! I looked around and noticed that all the employees were pretty much just sitting down doing nothing.
Today i went back, but this time i went through drive through. The lady, who sounded very nice took my order and i waited about 25 minutes in drive thru. There was only 2 cars in front of me so i wondered why it took so long. Anyways, when i got to the front the same lady from before happened to be helping me out and she had the biggest attitude again! She basically threw my food at me and handed me a soda that was barely full and with little ice. I had asked her for some buttermilk and had a look of disgust when she went to get it. When i finally got to school (about 2 minutes away) i was shocked to find out that ALL my food was cold! It didnt taste fresh at all! and the thing that really pissed me off was that the lady only gave me 1 buttermilk sauce! i ordered the jumbo deal which included 2 tacos, jumbo jack, fries and a drink and was given only 1 buttermilk!
Overall, this place really sucked! i am never coming back to this place again. I’d rather drive down a little further to the one on atlantic and wardlow
