Ian is an excellent real estate agent. He was willing to help us look at several locations outside of the Long Beach/​Lakewood area. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was honest and straightforward about the process.
From North Long Beach to Old Town Pasadena to The South Bay, Ian laid the groundwork for our house tours and kept pressing forward despite strong headwinds — misleading listings and some uncommunicative seller agents.
He also was willing to use new real estate listing applications to help us with our search. When one fell short, he showed us another one. He had us set up with apps that were real-​time with the MLS listings, which many open-​source applications don’t have.
JP and I ended up with a wonderful town home in the South Bay in an excellent locations with great walkability scores. We couldn’t do it without him.
