My rating is for Jayasree Lakshmi Narasimhan.
I went to H&R Block ONLY to file an extension a few months ago. I had no intention of having H&R Block actually file my returns. I was met by Jai and she provided courteous, professional and very personal attention.
After meeting with her, we both quickly decided she was a great fit for us and we scheduled a time to file with her. That filing date was today.
She provided excellence that far exceeded my standards. After 20+ years of filing with some of the most expensive firms, I will never go back. I will never use anyone else. Besides extremely knowledgeable and professional, she was courteous.
I highly recommend Jai. She is extraordinary.
