There’s so many health products out there it’d make your head spin, however a bit of research and advice from trainers goes a long way. Trainers I’ve spoken with really don’t recommend a ton of supplements, unless you have specific issues(for instance, knees… then take some sort of joint supplement) or under doctor’s advice(for instance, take vitamin D or fish oil). You can find stuff like that here. I just wanted a pea protein powder to put in my green drinks; nuts work well, but I’m worried about the fat content. I also wanted a neutral(i.e., non-flavored) powder to give my blended drinks a nice hit of plant protein. They had the exact product I was looking for without a ridiculous mark up. They have a Gold Card membership for $ 15/yr. that give you special discounts and other perks… great if you’re a Crossfitter or serious about supplementation, weight loss and general health.
