I have been going to The Dental Salon since it opened and now my son also goes to The Dental Salon. We love love love Dr. Jackson and her staff they are amazing very gental and patient. I recently began seeing Dr. Jackson for assistance with my extensive dental issues. I have seen quite a few dentist during this process and have not been very pleased with the care I was receiving. I decided to give Dr. Jackson and staff a try based on the great reviews she has received on Unilocal.I have never been more pleased! Dr. Jackson and her staff have exceeded my expectations and I actually look forward to going to see her and the wonderful ladies working in her office. I recently had dentures created and she has ensured that I am happy with my smile down to the most minute detail. I am greeted each visit with a smile and even asked if I need anything while I wait, which by the way has never been more than 10 minutes or so. She has brought me in immediately if I find that I need an adjustment, etc. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Jackson! I would give Dr. Jackson and her wonderful staff 10 plus stars if I was allowed. I have never been happier!

I have continued going to the Dental Salon since being back in L.A. for awhile. I finally met Dr. Jackson and she is an excellent clinician as well as very caring and concerned. Very thorough. Shows everything on the camera and explains in basic terms what is going on, if anything. She pays attention, just like my old dentist I had gone to for most of my life. It turns out that they have a mutual colleague, but I’m not surprised, the good ones usually know each other. She is professional and will also follow up to see how you are feeling after a procedure. If there is something she feels is not within her expertise, she will tell you that, and why. And will tell you who she is referring you to based on that decision. The best doctors and dentists are the ones who are honest with their patients about what they realistically can and cannot do for them within their specialty, and refer to specialists. All do not. Because of this, I really like this office and they are also very upfront with costs, insurance and whatever else is needed. I’m staying with Dr. Jackson and The Dental Salon!

Very shady stay away! I went in there to get a basic cleaning and they have a number of forms that you have to fill out and sign as a new patient. Inside of that form states that you will pay in advance, for whatever reason they decide they can’t see you or work on you that basically they would keep your money and on a per case basis you would get a return. I read from a previous negative Unilocal review that she got screwed out of $ 4,000 before her wedding (look for that review) it took her over 6 months to get her money returned that’s pretty shady for a dentist to do. So after I told him I would not sign that section they made some excuse why they couldn’t see me and told me that they wouldn’t look at my x-​rays on my flash drive. Because they thought I would give them a computer virus. Never have I heard from a dentist being this Shady stay far away from this one!!! There are plenty of dentists out there find a honest one.

I’m very pleased with the Dental Salon and all its employees! The office staff is extremely polite and pleasant and the doctors and assistants are all very friendly and calming. I went there after not going to the dentist for a very long time and they treated me nicely and very respectfully. I had fillings done there and there was very minimal pain. They are very good and I can not even notice them! The Doctors there really know what they are doing. I would extremely recommend going to this dental office!

I was very impressed with the services that I received from this dental office! All of the staff members are friendly and extremely helpful! Dr. Igwe is the BEST dentist EVER! She is patient, thorough, gentle, and all around amazing! I practically went to sleep in her chair! The one thing that I loved the most about Dr. Igwe is her knowledge of her craft and her willingness to education me! I have never had an experience like this from a dentist. My teeth look AMAZING and now I feel as if I have a better understanding of how to maintain my oral healthcare. Thanks to Dr. Igwe, I now look forward to going to the dentist!!!

This dentist is awesome! I don’t go here but my husband does and let me tell you… His teeth were a hot mess until he came here! She did such a good job on his teeth for such a great price. I wish I could show you before and after pics, but he’d kill me :/​lol. He has such a beautiful smile again!!!

Once again Dr. Igwe was amazing in my dental care! Very minimal pain & she knows her stuff!!! I feel 100% confident in the treatment I’ve received here. Step by step my smile is becoming more & more awesome!!! Thanks Dr Igwe. You rock!!!

Ive spent years looking for a good dentist and I finally found her. I was recommended by a family member who also was recommended by another family member. She has become our family dentist. She is extremely nice and personalble. She seems to really care about me and my family. I wouldnt go to another dentist unless she went out of business. And even when i moved to hollywood, I still drove through traffic to get to long beach to go to her. I recommend this dental office.
