I became acquainted with Aaron at Duck Group Real Estate as I was looking to rent a condo unit in the downtown Long Beach area. Aaron was representing a unit in the Promenade area which I found to be a perfect fit. Having just sold a house, I had only a very small window of time to locate a new place to live. I have to say thank goodness I found Aaron as he noted the urgency of my search. Aaron was very professional, super responsive and was an important reason I was able to get the lease done in such a short period of time. In addition, Aaron and his team also serve as property managers for the condo unit I leased and he was very helpful in getting me settled into the unit, showing me the many facilities of the property and following up on some minor fix it items that needed attention.

Aaron was my buyers broker in a recent mid-​level real estate transaction in downtown Long Beach. What can be a very frustrating process flowed quite smoothly, and with an in-​house home finance team, Duck Group streamlines real estate transactions for maximum convenience to the client. The best part of my experience was feeling like I was in total control and never worrying that I was being nudged in a direction I didn’t want to go. Aaron completely lacks the pushiness and tendency to deceive I’ve noticed to be unfortunately prevalent in real estate sales.
