I don’t know where these negative reviews are coming from. Dr. Diaz and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. I’ve always been afraid of dentistry, but their entire staff made me feel so important and helped me laugh through every appointment. I don’t have one bad thing to say about the place! Very clean and decorated cool. Definitely will be an ongoing guest.

I’m not a relative but absolutely Dra Diaz is so amazing thanks to Annie for referring Vher here. We are really amazed with the staff Rene and Sheikelah they’re so nice and my children like them. Thanks so much — see you next time.

I chose this place because it is a block from home. Today, I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean and newly remodeled. The guy who did my x-​rays was kind and patient, I am probably the worst x-​ray patient ever! Dr Diaz was so warm and personable, I loved her! She was funny, too! And she gave me options for my service. Maria, at the reception desk gave me a warm greeting when I arrived. I return on Monday for an extraction, after a few days of antibiotics. This may sound dumb, but I am sort of excited to go back!

The place gets 1 star for cleaniness. However, the service is awful. I called them a little over a week ago, for a dental emergency. I had been in pain over the weekend due to a wisdom tooth. So I was told to come in on Tuesday morning. I get there and everything seems fine. Did my X rays and was told my wisdom tooth needed to be pulled. However the Dentist was not in, I had to come back Friday. I left no medication for my pain or anything. I come back Friday, I’m anxious to get the tooth pulled because I’ve been in agony all week long by now. My appointment was at 9:30, I didn’t actually see anyone until 11am. I was then told that the Dentist was out of the state and had not returned. After sitting around for 2 hours. I left the office around 11:30. At least this time with a pain relief perscription. I called another dentist since I had already wasted enough time with the later. I was able to walk into Dr browns of Cerritos Ca. Not only was he jam packed when I got there. Because I was in so much pain the wait was only 5 minutes. I walked out of there with the best treatment recoeved. I will never go back to Dr Diaz. I’m team Dr Brown now.

Wow! All those previous reviews must be from close family and friends, or my experience with Dr Diaz was just my bad luck! I went to her dental office, twice within a year, once for a deep cleaning, which lasted less than five minutes! I guess she was in a rush. And the second time, I went for an emergency, since one of my veneers had cracked. She told me she couldn’t do anything for me, that I needed to replace it. I told her, I understood that, but in the meantime I needed a quick fix. She proceeded to glue it with something that didn’t even last a day. I know dentists have a stonger kind of glue/​cement that she could have used, but she clearly didn’t want to use on me because she wanted to make more money off of me by replacing the veneer! So umprofessional and careless. Never went back. And no, I don’t recommend her.

Dr. Diaz is amazing… I’ve been a patient of hers for years! Her staff & her are great. You feel like family in there! OMG and the new & improved office space is BEAUTIFUL!

I have been going to Dr. Diaz for a few years. I LOVE her. She helps this chicken get through the visit with ease. I took my 11 year old to her for the first time last year. He has only ever gone to a pediatric dentist with twilight anesthesia. Dr. Diaz found a small cavity and filled it with out novocaine. He said he didn’t feel a thing. I do not have insurance and I feel that her charges are very fair and reasonable. Whenever we have an emergency she takes us right away. I would highly recommend Dr. Diaz!

Dr Diaz is an AMAZING DENTIST and i just LOVE her! I go here all the time and each time I do, I am always treated like family.
She is great with kids and easily warms up to them so that they have a fun and non-​scary dentist experience. She has a «play room» for kids as well, so they have time to get used to the feel of the dental office beforehand.
Very gentle and you don’t even feel the injections that she gives you, that’s how good she is!
They are very accommodating and will try to fit walk-​ins into the schedule as much as they can.
Amazing staff, Mela is super friendly and Rene is awesome! Everyone who works in this office is professional and friendly, you will definitely have a pleasant experience. :)

Everyone in the office is overwhelming nice! We have been coming here for years and we have 5 kids. We have been in this office even before Dr Diaz and the treatment we get is awesome both at the front desk and on the dentist chair. We have referred many of our friends and family to come here. They even have a little kids play area for your kids while you are being seen. Dr Diaz does an amazing job and so does her tech Renee is very knowledgeable and his X-​ray taking is not so painful. Mela at the front desks is always accommodating and calls us for friendly reminders of our appointments.
