Came here with my husband for a couples massage. Scheduling was easy and when i mentioned about their deal on groupon they gave us the same deal.
The place is Nice and clean. I have Miriam as my therapist and she was awesome my husband had a great massage too. After the massage they gave us tea and cookies. We will surely come back for another relaxing massage.

It’s been a while since we last visited this place. My boyfriend and I live in North Hollywood and this place is quite a drive for us. But every time we are in Long Beach, we always be sure to stop by! This time we also had a 1 hr couple massage. The therapist I had named Pam. She has worked on me before and my husband also had the same therapist from the last time. They are both amazing, welcoming and very experienced! They said they have been with Daravadee for a long time and they love it there and will not go anywhere else. So, we will definitely see them again next time. After the massage, we were serving some herbal tea and cookies. We did take our time to enjoy it. It’s also a good thing that they never rushed us and we have always been given a full session every time we are there. Also, be sure to checked-​in 5 –10 mins before your appointment time in case you need to use the bathroom and prepare yourself to disrobe & relax. Thank you & see you again soon, Daravadee!;)

I was an employee here, and I will openly admit to shorting people’s time because management told me to.
Not only that, they are unfair to their employees shorting their pay and stealing clients, and tips.

My girlfriend had bought us a 60-​minute couple massage for $ 95 for Valentine’s Day. She was given a little plush stuffed animal and we were served tea and a cookie prior to our massage. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our appointment at 4pm. We got taken to the back about 5 minutes after 4pm and we undressed and waited for our masseurs to come in. The massage itself was below average. By the time that we were done, I looked up at the clock and saw that it was only 4:45pm. At most our massage was 40 minutes. My girlfriend was really disappointed because she wanted it to be special and she felt that she paid so much money for massages that weren’t great nor met the time she paid for.

I received a groupon voucher for a couple’s massage as a birthday gift from my sister-​in law and boy… were we disappointed! :(
Here’s why:
–the massage was very inconsistent, barely felt anything (this person had light hand gestures)
–i asked for more pressure when it came to my hands and feet, but they didn’t
–there was a check-​in offer for a free aromatherapy with our massage, and we didn’t smell it all in our room
–the massage wasn’t 60 minutes, but was cut short of 5 – 7 minutes (not cool)
–they served us hot tea on a hot day with some stale cookies
and keep in mind that the value of this was almost $ 100 and you would think they’d do an amazing job, but sadly no! we didn’t even feel relaxed at all and quite frankly we were a bit irritated with the entire experience!
Would we try this place again? Not really sure at this point! I just feel bad for my sister-​in law who purchased this not-​so great deal from Groupon! Epic fail!

My husband got me a groupon package for Mother’s Day and I am know using it. It is my first time have a massage and a facial. All I can say is wow, greatest experience!

Came in with a stiff back due to sleeping on an air mattress and was recommended to Micah. I had my reservations because he is a guy, but OMG, he has some magic hands! Extremely professional all the way. Was extremely attentive to my pain and worked the kinks out. I highly recommend this fellow. I can move around with ease and will definitely back to see Micah.

We saw a Groupon for this place and decided to call and try and book an appointment — they were super friendly right off the start and honored the Groupon deal so we paid directly to them.
We got in very promptly and the place was so soothing from the moment you walked in. Very clean and very relaxing. The lady who massaged me had magic hands. She applied the perfect amount of pressure, listened to what I wanted, and was very detailed on my muscles. It felt amazing and I didn’t want the 60 minutes to end!
They were very respectful and courteous; and at the very end they brought in a delicious little cookie and amazing hot tea! Would definitely come back here again.

Used the couples massage from Groupon for my boyfriend’s birthday with no problems. The place is very quaint in the inside, very dim with relaxing music. Greeted with tea and a cookie. This is the first massage I ever went to so I have no other comparison but the massage was okay. A lot of pressure was put on me but I never really liked massages from anyone because I’m very ticklish and sensitive. Overall, the experience was wonderful.

Do not be fooled by the outside or even the seating area when you first enter… I live in the area and have passed by this spot SO MANY TIMES, but never noticed it was a spa. I called based on a Unilocal search the day before Mother’s Day looking to get a last minute couples massage for us. From start to finish it was a great experience. We both got the full body combination massage. It was AMAZING!!! And surprisingly affordable.
My mom is extremely picky about massages as she suffers from severe sciatica pains which at times have left her feeling paralyzed for a few hours. Surprisingly she LOVED her massage! her Massage therapists name is Micah. It has been 2 days since the massage and she said she still feels amazing and is anxious to get back there to have him do his magic.
I had a little Asian lady-​who was very good as well, but my mom would not shut up about her «Micah», so I highly recommend asking for him!!!

A great escape.
The massage was incredible (ask for Mika), he used some really great stretching techniques and had excellent pressure.
The facial was nice, my only critiscm would be that she got up three times before starting the facial. I am not sure if the items she needed were there for her. After starting, however, it was wonderful.
The spa offers and unique and tranquil atmosphere. They utilize the space well. Unfortunantly I did not get the aroma of Jasmine, which was a big draw for me in the advertisement and I was greatly looking forward to.
All in all I enjoyed the experience. I will return.

I purchased the 30 Min Facial/​60 Min Massage package on Groupon. As other reviews have stated, don’t let the outside fool you. It’s quant and has serene décor. The facial was pretty good, the only downfall was that there was a «ticking» noise the entire time, almost like a timer. Would have been a lot more relaxing without that.
After my facial I was moved to the massage room. I was instructed to lay face down and cover up. The cover up is a normal size bath towel, which was kind of surprising. I was expecting a sheet, like most massage places provide. It was kind of uncomfortable when the masseuse was adjusting the towel, I didn’t feel covered up enough. The massage itself was average. The masseuse was very nice, but I probably wouldn’t get one there again.

Came here with my gf for a Valentines couple’s massage and it was awesome. The décor is really nice and the rooms were perfect for couples. We were immediately attended to and given a very friendly service person who ran us through getting ready.
Once we got in, two massage therapists went to work and we both agree they were attentive and responsive to our needs and were very professional.
At the end we were delivered tea, cookies, and a no-​rush relaxation period.
We paid for 60 minutes but we stayed a tad longer and time really flew. It was great.

Can you say «calgon take me away «yes please !!! This experience was luxurious and pleasurable everyone was pleasant and humble. Men, women, anniversary gift or just treating yourself in a pampered facial or massage. .GoOoOoo and you deserve it

This place is great! I was recommended this place. My back was sore and needed a much needed massage. The ambiance is great and soothing. I’m definitely coming back. I love the tea that is served at the end of the treatment. It gives this place a special touch to the experience.

Bought a Groupon for a 60 minute couples’ massage. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and I was able to book the time and date that I wanted. We arrived a little late because I had gotten the time mixed up but there was no problem. They ushered us into our room right away and our massages were great! The massage therapists were professional and made sure that they were using the right pressure. We felt super relaxed and the ambiance was great. We even got tea and cookies after our massage.
From the outside, this place doesn’t look like much but they really make an effort to make it feel like a very serene atmosphere. I would definitely return here for another massage!

Went in for a couples massage from groupon. Very serene calm atmosphere. The hostess greated us as soon as we went in. Checked us in and as soon as our time came up we were in and ready to go. The oils used were very high quality and disnt leave any residue.
After, they were done they served us hot tea! Overall amazing experience! Thank you will definitely come back!

Used a couples 60 min massage groupon with no issue. We arrived early and started right on time. Hostess was extremely polite and hospitable.
Don’t let the outside fool you and come on in to serenity-​ville. Place smells great and masseuses have magical hands. The post cookie and tea was the cherry on top.
Didn’t get 5 stars because in my eyes no place is perfect but for the price and location it does not get much better.

There is no curb appeal to this place, however, it changes once you step into the spa. The ambiance here is definitely peaceful and relaxing. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our couples’ massage, and we’ve had massages from a few places. However, my masseuse, which was a male was a little painful around my thigh area.
Other than that, our facials were great too. I liked this place and I would definitely go back if they offered more deals.
