Daniel’s Plumbing & Son

We use Daniel’s Plumbing for our property management business and have been very happy with how they are honest with their prices, they show up when we need them, and they seem to do a good job. If anything goes wrong with a job (which is rare), they will come back quickly and make it right for no extra charge.

I have nothing but good remarks for this plumbing company. They are a family business and truly strive to satisfy their customers. We had several quotes to repair a broken gas leak but Daniels Plumbing was the most reasonable, doing it the right way with permits (neither of the other plumbers said they would get permits). The job was completed without delay and I couldn’t be happier. I will continue to use this plumbing company for any future repairs!

If you find it important that whoever you hire actually listens to the only thing you say then don’t call these guys. The guy on the phone was nice but who they sent out barely spoke English. I think it’s reasonable to expect that you should be able to communicate with who is working on your home but I shrugged it off in the moment since I only needed a basic faucet installation.
I expressed that I would handle the caulking myself (I’m pretty good with details & had special stuff I wanted to use) to which the guy nodded, but then he took it upon himself to do a messy job caulking it with some of his own stuff. I wasn’t happy about it cause that kind of sloppiness is exactly why I had wanted to do that part myself. Also after he left I noticed he had deeply scratched my brand new fixture! Ugh.

My property management company sent them out so I figured cheap cheap and lousy service like every other contractor they send my direction that showed up late and did shoddy work. I’m a contractor myself and understand that it’s not that hard to respect your customers and run a good business, Unfortunately, sooo many just don’t get it.
These guy called me within an hour of my request and gave me several options for a next day appointment. Then, Wow! They actually called me with a 20min Eta, showed up on time and had the right equipment to fix the job within minutes. And because my cheap landlord paid for it, I know the price was reasonable :)

I have used Daniel’s Plumbing several times over the last few years and I have always been satisfied with their prices, quality of service and professionalism. When one of our galvanized pipes began leaking in the attic, Daniel Jr. repaired it. We decided to have the house repiped into copper. I was impressed with the team that he brought with him to complete the repipe. Daniel’s Plumbing gave a very fair bid and they were timely, professional, clean and polite. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Daniel’s Plumbing came out after hours on New Year’s Eve with short notice. They were friendly, worked quickly, and resolved my issue. I will definitely use them again.

Daniel’s Plumbing is legit. I had contacted him since one of my toilets were clogged and needed it to be fixed ASAP. He was able to accommodate me right away and get it taken care of quickly. After fixing the first toilet, they took time to check on the other toilets to make sure the problem didnt move from one drain to the other. Very impressed.
Costs were lower than competitors and he was able to give me quotes over the phone rather than get charged a fee for coming out and seeing what the issues were.

Daniel and Steve have been wonderful! We just bought a house in Long Beach and haven’t had any luck finding a plumber that we can trust. Since using these guys things have been great. They have reasonable pricing, and most importantly they don’t try to rip you off. They fixed clogging issues in both my kitchen sink and shower. We will continue to use this company whenever we have any plumbing issues and I highly recommend them!

We called two days in advance to make absolutely sure they would be here at 9 AM Monday because we had a very important meeting later that day. Incredibly, they showed up at 10 AM. When they weren’t finished, they had to come back and they actually had the nerve to train charges $ 50 for the return trip that was caused by their original tardiness! On top of that, they ran hour and a half late back to finish the job!
Yes they did the job, but they don’t seem to understand that being on time and charging the agreed-​upon amount is not the customer’s responsibility. It is their responsibility. If you enjoy plumbers who show up an hour and a half late, then you’ll love these guys. Otherwise, find someone else.

So yesterday we had some MAJOR plumbing problems and 2 rooms of our house flooded. DISASTER! The first guys that were sent out by our rental agency were an inferior plumbing company (Pro-​Connect plumbing in Anaheim). They were horrible, treated my husband like dirt and didn’t fix the problem. Then the rental agency sent out the guys from Daniel’s. They got here sooo quickly (they were contacted after 5 and got here within the hour… WOW!!) They were very clean, nice and professional and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and had us up and running so that we could use the toilets and shower. They fixed things that the other plumbing company said could not be fixed. They’ll be coming back later today to do some more work to make sure we don’t have this problem again. Great guys, very personable and they really know their stuff. Thanks guys, you really helped us out!
