History

Established in 2006.

Most little girls are over the moon excited to be allowed to accompany mom on her trip to the salon, myself included. I loved seeing how amazing everyone looked after they had finished their hair, nails or makeup. In some cases all of the above. When I was old enough my mom let me get my first set of Acrylics… I was hooked! I love all the beautiful things you can do on such a small space, it amazed me, excited me and it slowly drew me in. I already had many art classes, awards, drawings and paintings under my belt, I’m an artist, so why not create art everyday? Once highschool ended I knew I wanted to work in a salon. I worked as hard as I could to put myself through school all while practicing on my sisters and friends. I haven’t stopped practicing, I’m always learning new methods or about a new product. My artistic side keeps things interesting and always beautiful while my analytical side keeps me always striving for perfection.

As a young adult Danielle knew she wanted to create art to beautify all. Trying many mediums, she settled on Makeup as her first love and creating beautiful nails as her second. Once bit by the beauty bug, she immediately enrolls at Career Academy of Beauty and just as quickly graduates. After acing her State Board Exam, she lands her first job immediately in Costa Mesa and six months in becomes the most requested nail artist there. That then landed her a manicuring job with Allure Magazine. After a year and a half she was recruited back to her hometown in Long Beach by a couple salon owners who only wanted the best of the best in Manicurists. Again she becomes the most requested nail artist (specializing in long lasting Gel nails). After giving them three years it was time for a change. She tried Belmont Shore temporarily before again being recruited, this time by Sage Salon and Spa. A unique full service atmosphere where Danielle continues to beautify six days a week.
