Not a friendly place, I’m an employee and boy can I say that I’ve never known employee’s one particular Roberta, not knowing how to do a refund or exchange when your manager isn’t there, so if someone was to come in, and ask for a refund with the receipt need I remind you. And they say I don’t know how it works with an employee to do a refund, you have to talk to the manager?, huh? We both work for the same company! Hahaha I need to come back? I’m already there why would I want to come back?, anyways sucked that I had to go through that as an employee, I could only imagine what customers go through with the«kindness» I received.

Customer service is just as awful as usual, those girls that you employ must not really need their jobs, cause the couldn’t fucking care if they help u or not, and if you can get them to stay off the phone and do their CUSTOMERSERVICE jobs things they might not piss off their customers

I just left this store. Roberta refused to check the back for a simple product I need. She insisted that everything was out. She just scrunched her face up and said ‘sorry, we finished shipment yesterday’. At the least, check for customers.

Beware as a cosmetologist shopping at this location. My partner and I went in here to exchange some stuff for other products which at another location would exchange with no questions asked but because an old winch by the name of «Roberta» who thinks she owns the store will try and inform you that you need a receipt to exchange. This woman is very unprofessional and extremely rude! She also seems to bully the manager that never reprimands her or takes initiative on rectifying any situation. I can tell you that I know about 10 or more stylists that refuse to shop at this location and it’s a real shame. I hope corporate takes a step back and reanalyzes the few staff members here that are actually destroying their business with terrible customer service

I’ve been shopping here for 6 years. I went in today to exchange a tube of color and purchase several more. When I walked up to the counter to check out, SERGIO informed me that the product had already been used and told me he couldn’t do anything without a receipt. Sounds totally normal. As soon as he showed me that it was used, I immediately apologized because I hadn’t realized I put a used tube back in the box and had not checked before I brought it in. He cut me off and continued to «scold» me and was extremely rude and pretentious about the attempted transaction. Obviously I wouldn’t have tried to return a used item had I’ve known. The«customer service» he delivered was unnecessary and completely uncalled for. He then preceded to tell me that«in the future I need a receipt for any returns or exchanges.» I’ve NEVER had a problem returning/exchanging unused items with or without a receipt in the past from any Cosmoprof. In fact, last time I was at a Cosmoprof I even offered a receipt and the employee said I didn’t need one and gave me cash back when I was originally intending on just exchanging! I’ve worked in customer service and retail for years and this interaction I had with Sergio was absurd. I will go out of my way to another Cosmoprof in the future because of how nasty this particular employee was. If you don’t like working with people or dealing with retail SERGIO, GET A NEWJOB.

This place is always a headache when i go in. I dread it every-time, due to the manager Sergio. He is consistently rude and in my opinion this store despises kids! I am strict with my kids when i go in but i see the attitudes in their faces and how they talk to other kids who come in with their moms. I can’t speak to highly of the other employees either! Ive been to so many other cosmoprof and this one by far is the worst! They are not educated on the products they sell and have been known to over charge! It will do this place well to hire all new employees with satisfactory customer service! Until that happens, I’m headed to Salon Centric!!!

***You can only shop here if you are a licensed cosmetologist*** This is my go to place for professional beauty products in the area. The staff is great here and they always remind me of upcoming sales. If you need to pick up color or any other items in a jiffy, you can even phone in your order and someone will pull it for you so you can just stop by and pick it up.

For beauty professionals, Cosmoprof has got you covered! As a licensed esthetician I often shop here for supplies when I need them in a jiffy. I also buy my hair care here and the occasional OPI or China Glaze polish at half of retail. The best thing about this location is the staff — they are always welcoming and a true standout in service.

Now this is a beauty supply store for a nail technician. I visited this store for the first time yesterday. I usually shop at the store in Lakewood,(which is like night and day). The selection at this store is so much larger for nails than Lakewood. It was not as busy as the other store and I appreciated the fact that they did not rush me even though it was getting close to closing time. They had EVERYTHING I needed, plus LOTS that I bought anyway! My new favorite habit! P. S. Don’t get discouraged if you do not find it right away. It is tucked BEHIND Trader Joes. It is actually on Stearns, not on Bellflower. :}
