I’ve stayed with Contours for many many years meaning they afford the best technology and service. I moved to La 3 years ago and thought it may have been more convenient to try out other medical spas closer to my area, but NOPE! The laser they use at Contours is the highest quality and simply works the best. The nurses have always been kind and care about your skin, look through your file to give you the safest and most optimum results, & the front desk is always very sweet and professional. Unethical! They have said they would call to refund my money after relocating with VERY little notice and a month later and 4 calls to them there is no resolution.

Horrible way to run a business. Buyer beware! The doctor himself talked me into buying the annual membership in December 2015. I paid the full year up front, only to use the membership perks three times. I received an email in late February with 1 week notice the business was closing in Mission Viejo and moving to Long Beach 35 miles away. When you are a busy working mom driving an hour and half for services isn’t feasible. I would have never made the year purchase if I was aware they were moving. I have been emailing and calling for over a month asking for a reasonable refund and get the same response «to please be patient and they are working on it» still no refund and now they won’t even respond to my emails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHAT A SCAM!

I have been a client for years. The last few times I have gone in the treatments didn’t work. I asked for call backs or to reschedule another appointment to NO avail. I have credit for facials I haven’t even used & bought at Christmas party. SO sad he let his practice go downhill. Never any follow-​up and now I am out more $$$$ seriously??? I am calling all my girlfriends I have referred to him. Still waiting for refund not holding my breathe unless I decide to file a claim against them. Have a great paper trial.
Interesting that I received a birthday credit recently (that I did not use) but, NO notification of them closing Mission Viejo location. Very disappointed!!!

I have had a terrible experience. They have closed this location and have relocated to Long Beach. They only gave customers a weeks notice. I had a laser package with 300 mins left on it and I can’t get anyone there or at the Ling Beach location to call me back. When I finally talked to a girl there I was told they are supposedly processing refunds but she had no idea how long that would take and would have a mgr call me. Still no call or refund almost 3 weeks later. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had an amazing experience here. The girls were super friendly at each visit and made me feel like a million dollars (even though I am a young, and the typical broke college student so I’m not a big bag of money walking around). I bought a groupon for here and did the 6 laser treatment down you know where. I’ve laser hair removal done on my armpits and face, and this place BY FAR had the best results. I finished my treatments last year and I would say I’ve had a reduction in about 75% of hair… if not more. The girls always had me make my next appt after a treatment and I never had trouble getting a time slot that I needed. The one thing I do wish is that the girls took more time and went a little farther out to get all the hairs since when you’re shaved its hard to see where the hair growth extends near the lip area. Due to this I still want to do a couple more sessions. I live in northern california now for school but I am unable to find a great hair removal place here. I am hoping that I can contact them and see if I can come here when I am home every 2 months. So far I’ve recommended my mom to come here and a friend, who bought additional treatments. Can’t rave enough about this place.

First of all I am going to clearly state that I have never received this bad of customer service from any medispa ever!!! This place is horrible. I was supposed to receive an IPL treatment, but missed my appointment. I called an hour after my appointment was scheduled and they said they were going to charge me 50 $! I begged them not to and explained that I am currently in finals and accidentally over slept. The first receptionist was very kind and sweet and said it was «ok» and rescheduled my appointment. I received a call back from another receptionist and she was very rude and said that the doctor still needs to charge me for my missed appointment. Ok, let’s keep in mind that my mom has been going there for years and has paid thousand of dollars for numerous treatment. My mother even called explaining that i accidentally missed my appointment. They still insisted that I must pay the 50 dollars! What kind of place does this. First of all, they are not a physicians office. This is a medispa.
Another important thing to mention is that I received two IPL treatments. I currently go to a dermatologist for many years and she told me to remember that medispas do not offer the same quality as a dermatologist“s office would. SHE WARNED ME. The reason I did try this place, was because they were offering a discount on IPL treatments and MY MOM referred me. I should have known it was too good to be true. I went back to my dermatologist and she told me that I should have had better results after two treatments and that it should help with the redness in my face. However, this did not happen. I should have stuck with my dermatologists advice, that medispas offer cheaper treatments, because their not using the same updated technology as a dermatologist would use. DO NOT GO HERE. Not unless you want horrible service with CRAP results

This is solely for their ‘holiday party’ that was clearly misrepresented. Numerous emails touting holiday party, live music, samples, special savings, and «those of you who will be attending there will be an extra gift from us to you». Sounds nice so I plan to go and set aside the time. Sadly, the only thing they had was specials/​promos which you could get via their email. There was no need to drive over there. I went for an hour just to be sure. No samples or gift — the girl taking raffle tickets looked confused when I asked. You are supposed to bring your ticket but there is no sign in so the RSVP is irrelevant. No music — not even a radio! It seemed there might be music later but after an hour there was nothing. No gift for attending — why did they put that in the promo??? Sure they had some cheese, crackers, dip, and a few bottles of wine, but this was really a sales event, not a ‘holiday party’. Again, you could take advantage of the savings without showing up so it was hugely misrepresented. They are all about skin care and didn’t even offer a gift bag or samples! If you get the email next year, skip the ‘party’ and just call for the specials.

If you expect to get a timely follow up appointment for laser hair removal, you may be out of luck. I was told to «just call when you start to notice growth» and they will get you in. Well… not so much… they are completely booked for the next 4 weeks and by then I will look like a yeti «down there» and because I have pre-​paid for treatments, I am stuck waiting… otherwise, the people ARE nice.

I had an ugly skin growth bump on my nose that came from an acne scar. A total freak accident that two other Doctors failed in removing with laser treatment. When I inquired about getting it removed by Dr. Stafford, his method sounded exactly what I was looking for! The staff here is awesome and I was scarred for nothing! The procedure was completely painless and I walked out of there looking like I had nothing done, but the ugly bump was gone! I went about the rest of my day feeling so different and happy to have the bump on my nose gone! I even drove 45 minutes out to get there but it was totally worth it!

I was a very happy client for about a year. Great staff and service. I would go for laser hair removal and endermologie treatments. Unfortunately, a couple of months ago the entire staff changed and the service went down hill. Very unhappy with the services, I requested a refund for the last package I had purchased and not used yet. Well, It has been over a month and no refund. The attitude and lack of concern from the staff leads me to believe I’m not the only unhappy costumer. I have left several messages for the manager and nothing. Not even a courtesy call. On my last call to follow up on my refund I was told that they typically do not process refund. Now I have to contact my credit card company. You may try this place at your own risk, but I wouldn’t commit to any big purchases in case you don’t like their services.

I bought a 6 session Laser Groupon for this place. I was getting Full face laser, on my last session the girl asked if I wanted my forhead done to, I said sure! The laser was so hot I jerked my head and the laser went to my head and took off a quarter size piced of my hair. I was left with a bold spot in the front of my hair. The Staff person, did not APOLOGIZE but instead said you should not have moved and said it will grop back. 3 months later, I still have the bald spot and its barely now growing. They will not give me a refund but instead after going back and forth with management they gave me a serum for hair growth. So, now I am looking to see if this serum will work. Meantime, I have a bald spot on my head. they dont care at all.

Came here because I had a laser hair removal Groupon, but now I’m obsessed!!!
I loved the results I got and have been buying minutes ever since!

The staff is very friendly and professional. I love this place and have recommended it to few of my friends. The staff does such a great job of answering any questions i have, and recommending what I need. Also, I love the location, it’s right in the lake.

So welcoming and friendly, they always have deals for laser and botox, which are quite affordable. They are quick and the wait time is minimal, this is my second laser hair removal experience and it does not compare to the previous place. It is HIGHLY recommended in my book!!!

I’ve been getting monthly microdermabrasions from Danielle for about a year and have been very pleased with the results — she’s a fabulous esthetician, kind and professional. I’ve also recently done filler and IPL with the nurse Jennifer, and she is fabulous as well — takes her time with you and thoroughly explains the pre and post procedure protocols. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, their menu of services is very comprehensive and prices are competitive. One-​stop shopping for an abundance of services. I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

Really happy with the treatments I’ve had here. Came in initially with a groupon for microdermabrasion, which was great. Kept coming for laser hair removal and dermapen treatments for a small scar I have, and have had fantastic results with both. Have had treatments with Danielle, Jen (my fav), and Denise, all of whom are super personable and great at what they do. Front desk girls are cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most of the technicians are RN’s. I highly recommend this place, it is legit!

This place is awesome! The location is to die for (right next to the lake) and the receptionist (I can’t remember her name but she’s Filipino) is so friendly and makes you feel right at home.
I came here for laser hair removal on my legs. I had seen their groupon promotion and did a little research on them. A couple things that sold me: they have nurses that perform the laser not just some regular person, they use the Gentle Candela Yag laser (great for all skin colors especially darker tones and shoots cold air during process so you feel less pain), and the cost was much more affordable than other places.
I just finished my 6 sessions and my legs are hair free! I’m Hispanic with darker legs and they didn’t burn me like at another clinic I had gone to before. The nurse who did most of my lasers was Amy. She’s really nice and friendly and very thorough. I also really liked the older lady who is no longer there. She was sooooo thorough and meticulous!
Right now they have an awesome deal for returning customers 75 minutes for only $ 200. You can’t beat that!
If you’re looking for a great, clean place with friendly people and nurses to perform a laser treatment, go here! You won’t regret it!

I just started getting my laser hair removal here and it was fast and easy. The entire staff is very friendly and funny and dealt with my loud remarks when I never had laser hair removal before. It was one of those moments where you had to be here when I get my stuff done. I was laughing, hollering and being very overly dramatic. But it was ok, the staff was really cool.
Beautiful view and a great breeze from Mission Lake that filled the halls.
They had a special on their site for $ 99 for 6 treatments of any small area, which I took advantage of. I will see you again!
