I love Dr. Ornales! I had been seeing another doctor for over a year and a half concerning a wart on the bottom of my foot. It only got worse, and then he finally recommended surgery. The surgery would have cost me $ 1400 out-​of-​pocket!
So I went to Dr. Ornales for a second opinion. She was surprised at the experience I had. But she has enough tact not to be too harsh in her judgement. She absolutely rejected the surgical option, because she knew I had no desire to go that route. She is treating me with a solution instead and is making far more progress then I saw in the previous two years.
She is wonderfully caring and compassionate. I could not be happier that I found such an excellent foot doctor.

Dr. Ornelas is pleasant thoughtful and clearly knowledgeable about the latest treatments. I have had a severely flat foot since childhood and she is the first doctor to take the time to review my gait and talk to me in depth about the effects this has had on the rest of my body. As a result, she crafted me the best pair of orthodics that I have ever had.
She made me feel at ease, and that I was in good hands, within minutes of meeting her. I did not feel as though she was rushed, despite having several other patients in the office. She is truly a fine example of what it means to be a healthcare professional.

Rude staff. I found this doctor from Anthem Blue Cross website, made an appt 3 weeks earlier. On day of appt, it turns out the address on the Anthem website was wrong so I went to their old office on Woodruff. When I got to the correct location, the 2 women at the counter both said, «but you went to our website…» suggesting I should have gotten the correct address from their own website, and that they’re not responsible for Anthem Blue Cross not updating their address. Really??, that’s fine, but why not just say «I’m sorry for your inconvenience.» Do they think they’re the only podiatrists in town that they can be as rude as they want to be? (The thing is, I only went to their website to print new patient forms. How should I know the address there is not an additional location? And it’s okay that I went to a wrong location, but to be told off like that? So annoying!)

Dr Ornelas is a great physician. She’s caring and very easy to talk to and ask questions. I didn’t feel rushed into anything and all of my concerns were addressed. The staff is nice. Overall, it was a good experience. Their Cash Prices are reasonable as well (for those without insurance).

I had tripped and stubbed my big toe, which my entire toenail came off. The pain was unbearable, let alone embarrassing. Luckily, Dr. Connie was available to see me and treat my injury. She not only examined my toe, but my whole foot, both feet actually, where she found other issues and gave me some helpful tips on foot care and ways to prevent any future damages to my feet. I’m really weird about feet, as I’m sure many people are, but Dr. Connie was very friendly and professional and made you feel at home. I totally recommend anyone with any foot issues to see her.
