Comerica Bank-California

This is the 3^rd time I’ve been here and everytime the older female (white) teller is rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. i simply asked for a deposit slip and she said, «NO!» so i left her window, got myself a deposit slip filled it out and waited patiently for the other teller. she had the nerve to tell me, «DONT BE MAD, I WAS JUST KIDDING.»
i dont have time to «kid» around with people i dont know. maybe she was kidding. i dont need this bullshit. i dont usually bank at this branch. i usually bank at the pasadena branch where they’re very friendly, professional, and know me by name. but since its next to my job its pretty convenient for me to go in and out. but seems like this lady hates her job so much she has to take it out on «long time» customers.
i love my bank, but i hate this branch. i dont wish anyone get fired, but this lady needs to learn some customer service.

Not only is Comerica Bank a wonderfully trustworthy banking establishment in and of itself, but the Downtown Long Beach one is quite possibly my favorite out of any bank I’ve encountered thus far.
I’ve traveled far and wide, and needless to say, my travels have taken me through my fair share of banking and/​or money lending establishment. From the shores of Madagascar to the streets of Cork, Ireland… I have yet to encounter a Comerica Bank branch whose staff boats a level of efficiency, approachability, and razor-​sharp customer service that even approaches that of the employees of the Downtown Long Beach Branch.
I’m forever grateful for free checking and the Downtown Long Beach Comerica Bank branch.

Not only is this one of the nicest, most down-​home, friendly banks there is… but if you go into any Comerica brach (this one in particular), you will find that it is very well-​run.
My heart and soul were touched when I saw that a longtime teller of over 15 years, having passed away recently, was given a memorial service at the branch. Some of the best customers and the teller’s close friends were invited to what was a lovely occasion, and I had the pleasure of attending. This is the way business and banking used to be. Many other banks have sadly forgotten this.
If you’re a businessperson or any individual, do yourself a favor — visit the Comerica Bank Downtown Long Beach Branch, and visit Judy. Start a relationship with her. She’s amazing, and you’ll be glad you did.
