Comerica Bank

I usually go to the branch on ximeno and pch even though this branch is closer to me. The tellers are courteous and one, Rita, knows me by name; however, the bank manager and the assistant manager are very rude. I had a problem and asked for either one, but they didn’t seem to care about it and went off to do nothing. They seem to jsut walk around and enjoy their positions. So the teller had to help me. Turns out, it was a very fixable issue. I won’t be coming back here.

the employees here are greedy and in it from themselves. andrew bynum appeared here yesterday for autograph showing for the first 200 fans. apparently, the «VIP» of the first 70 people were employees friends and family that they gave tickets in advance before the general public. they took advantage of the promotion and treated customers like me to not a gold standard. dont need greedy selfish people to manage my money, u shouldnt open an account over here since they greediness they happily wear upon their sleeve. called the district manager, of course she wont return the call.

Comerica is a great bank. I’ve done business with a lot of different people and establishments, being a Long Beach entrepreneur who owns his own company.
I’ve see it all, and just like I know someone who doesn’t do their job right from five miles away, I can spot great customer service from even farther away. From the get-​go I was impressed with the service at Comerica on PCH.
I’m a huge fan of the Downtown Long Beach location, and I was very pleased to see that the tradition continues throughout all Comerica Bank locations. This bank reminds me of the way business used to be, something that I feel like a lot of places have lost sight of lately. Comerica is a shining beacon of past values. Start a relationship with them, you’ll be glad you did.
