Not have these problems now would we yeah that’s right teachers look the other way so why be a teacher then why do people blame the blacks you need a good captain to have a good ship if you don’t have a good principal you have no good school so stop complaining get on with it let see if you can do a better job

This elementary school is part of Paramount Unified School District.
This elementary school is trying to get better, but they have a long way to go.
They have a new Principal now who is trying to make an impact.
It used to be a K-​8 school a few years ago before the transition of converting certain schools to grades 6 – 8.
It’s pretty bad.
Teachers have to deal with a lot of bad behavior.
These students will not listen, disrupt the classroom, and think its funny to not respect authority.
Substitute Teachers are in for a shock when they sub here.
Unless they are a Sub that’s been doing it for a while and know its been like this for a long time, this is one of the schools to avoid if you’re a Sub.
Everyone knows the 5^th graders are a headache to deal with.
It used to be the 6−8^th graders who created havoc on this school. Now its the 5^th Graders.
Especially when you have a bunch of bad ones in a classroom… your day is really long.
Be prepared to write referrals after giving them numerous warnings or just let them create havoc on your day.
Someone told me its really bad day in and day out. It’s like fighting a war that never ends. Most staff yell or look the other way and pretend to care.
The Teachers that teach them have to bribe them for good behavior. Seriously.
Seriously.
The ethnic group that gives the teachers the most headaches are the African American students.
Next in line are the Hispanic Students who are just as bad.
It seems like a common theme. They get suspended, but its an ongoing issue.
When you go to the office, you see bunch of students waiting to see the
Principal.
Sometimes the Principal is sick of seeing these students himself.
These students give the teachers grief.
It’s crazy.
