I have been their customer since 1994 and was never disappointed with the quality of repairs that they performed on my cars, restoring them to the mint condition, and delivering the car clean like new.
Not the cheapest place around, but they are well-​worht the money that they charge. Unlike many other automotive shops, they will not try to trick you into work that you don’t need or to overcharge you for trivial things.
Also, I never had a problem with my insurance accepting their estimates.
I recommend their services without any hesitation.

Very dissappointed with the way my situation was handled. My car was kept here for two months. I made two car payments and no car! Class auto finally called to tell us the work was done, but since he didn’t receive the final payment in his hands, he held my car hostage until he got the check in his hands! The insurance company sent him a copy of the final check so he would release my car, but he refused. Why would you take that out on me? I had to rent a car for a week while we waited on the check to reach his hands! Again, I was inconvenienced. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Never!

Had my Audi Q5 fixed here, they were very professional and courteous. My car was brand new just a few weeks old. Came here after i hit a small metal pipe and there was damage on the left front bumper and many parts behind the bumper, lots of tubes, hoses and parts had to be replaced. The fix looked superb and the car looked same as brand new.
The reason for reduced stars is I’ve been having troubles a few weeks after the repairs. The car overheated and stopped all of a sudden on the freeway, Audi service told me that a seal was not properly fixed on the radiator and caused overheating. The feeling of the car suddenly losing power and braking power and just stopping in the middle of the freeway was so scary. I feel it is related to the repairs from the accident. Now after a few more weeks I got another issue this week, the check engine light is on again. Dropped off at the Audi service, waiting to find out if this is related …
Update: the second check engine warning light was a bad sensor, so I guess it is not related to the repairs.

***update*** This place is great and when we had an issue after the service they were on top of it!!! Called and text me back on Friday after hours and even delivered the car after it was done! Ted picked up the slack and did everything to make this situation right. Big thanks to Ted and his team for all the hard work. Car looks great!

Truly upholds the name. Class Auto treated me first class. I love good service. Chris took care of me there and didn’t miss a beat.

I found myself having to use their services again due to a piece tire that hit the front of my car while I was on the 405. There was some miscommunication in the beginning because they were super busy, but after we were able to straighten out the issues they were able to meet my needs and even went above and beyond to provide me with top quality service and customer service. The quality of their work is amazing and that’s why they get so busy, so be patient. It will be worth it. Also, Ted is the man when it comes to quality assurance and customer service.

After 4 months of repair of a simple frontal accident, with supposedly using original Porsche parts, Class Auto could not perfectly align the hood of the 911. I had to return for another adjustment. Didn’t they see the misalignment before giving the car back to me? Quality control was blatantly ignored. The parts were not special order to take this long. My hunch was that they give priority work to their bigger dealership customers.
As a business, I understood these priorities. But the repair was not perfect, which is furiously disappointing. At the end, the hood had a small bump on the seam. Makes you wonder if they used original Porsche parts. Could also be the reason they are not triple A accredited. Nonetheless, recommended by Circle Porsche.
The computer was not working properly as well when I picked up the car. Supposedly they have given the car to Circle Porsche to reset the computer and check the car to put back to factory specification. Did they? I think Circle Porsche did not give proper attention to my car as well.
My insurance, Triple A paid about $ 29K to Class Auto. Again this was a simple frontal accident. But the repair was not perfect. Dissatisfaction! And Circle Porsche resetting to factory specification did not give my car the proper time and attention to do it correctly as well.

I’m a loyal customer for over 17 years. If you want your car fixed perfect there is no better shop in all of Southern Calif.
One caution, only go here if insurance company is paying the bill cause they charge BIG TIME but is is done right .

I have a Jeep.
It gets dirty all the time.
Literally, I can run into Starbucks and 5 seconds later come outside and it looks like my truck just crossed the Kalahari.
Which means I always need to keep it clean. I probably bathe my car more than myself, and I’m OCD.
*ahem…LADIES*
Anyway, I was visiting the parents who wanted to see that I have a spotless car. It helps distract from the overall schlubiness of the rest of my life.
Which means the Jeep needed to be detailed.
I literally looked everywhere for a decent detailing service, from the foo-​foo ones at the mall where you park and they detail-​while-​you-​shop (SO beverly hills) to the sketch ones where you hand the dude your keys and your car disappears, likely permanently.
Eventually, I took it to Class per a recommendation from a close friend.
«It…had…BETTER…be…good!» I huffed, considering I don’t live conveniently close to LB («the LB?» «Long B?» «L’Beach?»)
Boy, did this place blow my house down.
The service was super friendly and courteous, which was really unexpected versus the gruff, blasé grease-​monkey service I’m used to at local wash/​detail places
I dropped off my mechanical child and was recommended local restaurants close by where I could grab a bite (coming in a subsequent review!) and sure enough, it was done on time.
When I showed my parents, their initial reaction was shock.
«HOW much did you spend on this?!»
It was that good of a detail.
Oh, parents.
Can’t live with em, will throw yourself into a dirt hole screaming «LAWD TAKE ME INSTEAD» when you realize you have to live without em.
I was able to get a detail and pay for lunch and still spend less than I usually do when someone drives my car through a gas station car wash and takes an hour to do so, which is how details *usually* go with my truck.
Class is the best – and now I can’t wait to get my off-​roader dirty again so I can come back.

I took my car to Class Auto after being in an accident. I have taken some of my other cars there also. They always get the work done quickly and the quality is great. I also love how they keep in touch with you on your cars progress, and the front desk girls are awesome! I’ll be back if I get in another accident.

I am thrilled about the workmanship and service I received. Someone sideswiped my Mercedes E350 on the side in the rear. Mario Escalante held my hand from estimate to pickup. He explained all the work that had to be done. The lady who hit me paid out if pocket instead if using her insurance. I did get one other estimate, but I went with this authorized Mercedes repair shop to guarantee the work would be done right. I dropped my car off Tuesday at 11 and it was ready Thursday at 4:30 just like Mario promised. He also pointed out a nice size ding in my door. He said they contract that work out and it could be pulled out for $ 75 which I agreed to do. They cleaned my car inside and out, more like a detail. The wax they used looks great. My baby looks just like new!

Brought my MBZ C300 in for minor body work after it was hit while parked unattended. Took about 7 days and my car looks amazing. I worked with Ted on my estimate and he is fantastic. Liz in the front office is also very nice. They even cleaned my car inside & out before I picked it up. Definitely will recommend them to all my friends who drive MBZ, Audi and BMW.

Class Auto is an amazing body shop and i’m incredibly pleased with their professionalism and service. I’ve taken my Mercedes Benz here for repair and cleaning and experienced firsthand, the quality and efficiency of their work. Israel and Chandler are a delight to work with and I truly feel that they take care of their clients.
Amazing details and touch-​ups here! I live in Los Angeles and make the trek down to Long Beach simply because I don’t trust my car with anyone else.

As I peered through the bugs and mud on my windshield, trying to discern if that was a stop sign or a fire truck ahead of me, I knew my truck needed a deeeeep clean.
DEEP.
Tucked away behind a busy street, this little gem turned out to be just what the doctor ordered for my messy truck. Detail was outstanding and far better than those hack car wash jobs. I’m hesitant to take it out and get it all mucked up again, but hey! that’s what 4WD is for, right?
Customer service was top-​notch. Shout-​out to Chandler; it’s always nice to be helped by someone professional and not some sleazy mechanic wiping his grease stained hands and seeing dollar signs as you pull in.
Highly recommend!

Getting in a car accident is a traumatic experience in itself… my last experience with the previous body shop I used was a nightmare so I crossed my fingers hoping this experience was much better and thankfully it was. I was referred to Class Auto from a friend who swears by them so I trusted her and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I was having issues coordinating the drop off with my car so they were courteous enough to actually come to my house to pick up my car. I couldn’t believe the service they provided me. They kept me completely in the loop the entire time. Both Israel and Johnny were so great at letting me know how everything was going. When I came to pick up my car it was perfect. They detailed it better than anyone has ever done and it was done exactly in the amount of time they initially had estimated. Everyone who works there is so friendly. I will definitely be referring them customers and if I ever have any issues with my car in the future I, 100% hands down will be going there.

So incredibly pleased with the work done on my BMW by Class Auto. I was in my first accident and had no idea where to go to get my car fixed so I looked in Unilocal and researched online. I was referred here by the manager at a local car detail place where I get my Beamer detailed and waxed.
Ted was a straight shooter from the moment I pulled up to Class Auto. He looked over the vehicle and printed up an estimate. He worked with me on pushing to get a Geico representative to come to my auto body of choice and then he communicated directly with the adjuster for scheduling a follow up, etc.
There’s no easy way of handling these kind of situations, but I will say this body shop is top of the line. They push to get OEM parts for your car and do their best to get your car back to the way it was before the accident. Insurance companies want to pay the LEAST possible amount to get your car fixed so of course there will be back-​and-​forths and phone calls. Bottom line: if you want your car to look and operate just as it did before the accident, take it here. :)

Took my 4runner here, it was on approved list through State Farm insurance. They do great work. It took about a week to get fixed, which is what they quoted. Not the friendliest of staff, but to me that doesn’t matter too much – its the quality of work that matters. Not to say they were rude, because they were not! I would recommend this place, at least for anyone going through insurance.

I’m a clean freak and when my new audi got hit, not once but twice i was very upset and wanted to sale it. Johnny M with class auto reassured me that my car would be just like new once his team got done with the repairs. To my surprise Class Auto’s team did a first class job on my audi. I highly recommend using Class Auto as your #1 auto repair /​detailer.

It is a mistake to listen to your car dealer to take your car here. NOTE! Don’t take your car here if you want to be ripped off from Tom (estimator) or Ray (owner). Not only will they overcharge you for a «quality» repair, he’ll report your car to CARFAX!!!
So you’ll find that they’ll report your car having a «diminished value» and as being fixed for thousands of dollars through them. Good luck trading in your car after taking it to this place.
Another note, I paid $ 2500 in fees to pull my Audi back from them to get fixed through another body shop that was more ethical than this one. Classless Auto was so kind to leave my car in parts and pieces.

I’m 23 and I experienced my first car accident about a month ago. I had 2009 Mini Cooper S it was totalled! Tom was so honest and extremely helpful. I was so relieved that I wasn’t alone in this horrible experience.
