It’s been a great experiences storing our RV at Cherry Carson. Since we’re new to RV’ing, we recently looked around at storage facilities in the South Bay & Long Beach. The other places tended to be more expensive and/​or were poorly maintained. Customer service also left something to be desired. Along with that security and break-​ins were a concern. We also noticed that many of these places do RV storage as an afterthought, with their main business being traditional storage lockers.
At Cherry Carson the facilities look relatively new and are well maintained. Security is good and they provide water and a dump station. The staff is great and RV savvy, especially Daniel, Steve, Danny, and Patrick. Even the public bathroom there is as clean as the one in most people’s homes. Although it’s a longer trip there from our house – compared to the other facilities – this was our first choice and happy to recommend them to others.

I’ll hand it to them and up it a notch. They were true to their word about rewarding a review, any review, good or bad, with $ 5 off the monthly due. Even though my opinion wasn’t a glowing example of the best in customer relations, they kept their promise on the review.

If you’re looking for a place to store your RV, give serious consideration to Cherry and Carson RV, in Long Beach. The reasons are simple: excellent location, detailed storage requirements, valuable staff assistance, reasonable pricing, a clean and manicured site, courteous and professional staff, well laid out dumping area, fresh water and air availability and well organized and efficient paper processing. The staff takes time to listen to client concerns. They also take the time to provide issues that are helpful hints regarding care of the RV and how to protect it from weather conditions. All the staff have been helpful in their own way. Thank you, Patrick, Anthony, Steve and Danny. You demonstrate on a continuing basis your desire to protect my investment and the investments of all who have selected Cherry and Carson RV as their storage area of choice.

After months of storing our travel trailer via «on street parking», (and hearing all the neighbor complaints), we decided to bite the bullet. So we moved our trailer to Carson /​Cherry RV Storage at the recommendation of relatives /​friends. I have to say that we have been extremely pleased with the customer service, the flexibility, the overall price and especially the security that comes along with Carson /​Cherry RV Storage.
The initial rental process was relatively easy. One just needs to be sure to have the required documentation, (registration, proof of insurance, etc.), beforehand. They will show you all available rental spaces, go over cost, drive you by each spot and let you «test» each for ease of parking, overall locale, etc.
Recently, I considered switching to a newer spot, (I was in Row G, which is not a pull-​thru). Since I was interested in increasing the ease of parking my trailer, I was looking at both pull-​thrus, row ends and /​or something in Row «A» which, while still a 27′ site, provides a little more room to back in.
After speaking with Mike on the phone, he asked me to come in and see what they could do. Some «pull-​thrus» were available (at a slightly higher cost), but he also noted that some sites were available in Row A, (same size, same price). He said if I was interested, just go ahead and check the available sites out and if I liked any of them, just come on back to the office and we’d start the revised paperwork. Well, I did and we did, it was that simple!!!
All can say is «keep doing what you’re doing cuz you’re doing it right!!!
