Our Real Estate School specializes in combining «Real World Experience» with the training and education you need to pass your California Real Estate Exam. With over 30 years in the industry our instructors have the knowledge and experience necessary to prepare you to take the state exam and pass the first time!

History

Established in 1999.

For over 15 years, Alicia Dose Wild had been a successful agent, office manager and co-​owner of a real estate franchise. Through her diverse experience, she realized that in order to find a company to match her personal drive to succeed, she would have to create it herself. In September of 1999 the doors of Century 21 On Target were open for business! Since then Alicia and her Team have consistently produced exceptional results through their shared drive to succeed, a commitment to the Real Estate profession and a genuine passion for life itself.

Alicia Dose-​Wild, the founder of Century 21 On Target, knows a thing or two about success. She knows it comes to people who have a passion for life and a determination to reach their goals. At the young age of 16, Alicia journeyed to Kiel, Germany to work at the yachting competition of the ’72 Olympics. Witnessing the ambition, passion and commitment these world class athletes brought to their sport showed Alicia that anything in life was possible. From that moment on, sailing has always been in her blood. She has been a sailing instructor in Toronto, raced in Olympic qualifying events in St. Petersburg, worked in a sail loft in New Zealand and even served as a U.S. representative for the America’s cup in Perth. And when the ’84 Olympics returned to L.A. Alicia was there, once again, proudly working as a liaison for the Finn class sailing competition. The spirit of success she witnessed throughout this period of her life is the basis for the philosophy that drives Century 21 On Target.
