Carl’s Jr Restaurants

I and my friends went to this Carls Jr, and I really love it. Employees are very friendly and approachable to their guests. We were greeted right on as walking in. Food very fresh, and hot.

This carls jr location is amazing! Great food cooked to order made my double western exactly how I wanted it, kudos to the entire crew, thanks!

I’ve had nothing but trouble with this place. I come here about once a year on average. Last time I was here, I was given the wrong order and was not given my soft drinks. When I told the employees that I did not order what they gave me, they got irritated with me and disgusted with a horrible attitude. They made me a new order, with the menu items that I actually ordered, and when I began to eat what I ordered, they meat patty was cold! Never returning to Carl’s. Terrible service.

Food, when you actually get it is fine. Just don’t be in a hurry when you order your food. They seem to be very understaffed.

I guess when you think of fast food you have to realize the type of workers you would encounter. Not really that is never a concern here but this location had an exceptional amount of workers who were too busy talking and laughing then handing us our food. But I get it… I don’t come here for the 5 star quality service, it’s cheap and fast and gets the job done.

I used to like this location, however the prices went up as of last week. When I went yesterday, I ordered a Big Carl Combo, Large sized with waffle fries, and it cost $ 9.91. It used to cost $ 7.17. It’s not worth it anymore. I’m going to Jack in the Box.

I’m really not one to complain which is why I didn’t make a fuss in the drive thru but I got a medium shake and asked for no whip cream. I get it and ¹⁄₃ is missing. I ask why is partly empty and he says «it’s mostly whipped cream that’s why» and closes the window on me. I get milk shakes at many fast food restaurants and this is the first time I’ve gotten a partly empty cup because of it.
i also paid with my debit card and was not given a reciept. I feel cheated out of my money as I sit here drinking this now half empty shake. It was the Hispanic gentleman working on Thursday Nov 5 around 8pm

I made the mistake of ordering a turkey burger. I don’t know what I was thinking. I feel bad for basing this review on a turkey burger. You can’t get a good turkey burger from ANY fast food restaurant. But alas, it has to be done. It was rubbery and cold. I actually just ate around the turkey mostly. It upset my tummy. I will not eat it again.

This Carl’s is just ok. The employees don’t really have an enthusiastic attitude or even at least a decent one. Go to another Carl’s.

This Carl’s has been here since the beginning of recorded time. Well, not exactly, but been here since I was a kid and generally made a decent burger.
Fast forward until now and I’m getting off work from a 12-​hour shift and it’s breakfast time. Hey, Carl’s has those breakfast biscuits and french toast dippers?
Nope, not anymore.
Two breakfast sandwiches, three breakfast burritos, tater tot medallions and coffee or orange juice does not a breakfast menu make. Fail.
Off to Jack in the Box, with a decent selection and breakfast outside of breakfast hours (McD’s and Carl’s seriously need to take notice).

slow unenthusiastic service. I love CJ’s, but not this one. I don’t understand how this one could hold their clientele in such low regard. When in this neighborhood you should drive to In-​n-​out just south of the 405.

This was the first and last time I’ll be going to this one. so I’ll keep this quick and simple. Go to another Carl’s Jr.
The food was thrown together and falling apart.
The employee we encountered today was grumpy and showing it and this was just via the drive-​thru. Heck, this might even be the same employee that the previous reviewer was mentioning.
Again, go to another Carl’s Jr. Hopefully they have the breakfast biscuits, unlike this one.

I’ve lived near this Carl’s for 15 years now, and I’m sad to say they have been in a steady decline for at least the last ten. I remember when they had a salad bar. I always used to have that, until I noticed how the mushrooms would be rotten, and the lettuce brown. Eventually they ripped it out and put in more tables. I guess the health department busted them finally. But I still kept coming to this restaurant regularly. Lately it’s been getting really bad. A couple of days ago I went in and it took 15 minutes for my togo order. They were sending cars to park in the lot and an employee would run out and give them the food. And the service is really bad now, too. I tried to pay with a large bill and the clerk «sHeKa» (sic) rolled her eyes and «tsuh“ed me. «Don’t you got nothin’ smaller?» Nope. It took several minutes for them to make change. And do they ever clean the tables anymore? Sheesh. Oh, and have you tried the new steak sandwich? DON’T. It’s as tough as shoe leather. I really used to love Carl’s, but I guess it’s time to find a new burger joint.
