Burger King

I found a Burger King to verify why I just read that Burger King fries were tops in their survey. WRONG! Let’s see I ordered the fries from the value menu and they were neither hot nor crispy. Yes they were thick and tasteless as well. I was served cold fries for $ 1.49 ($ 1.62 with tax) and when I returned them for hot fries I was greeted with a smaller but hot quantity of the tasteless fellas. On the upside, because of the small quantity I didn’t have to stomach very many of them. I can check BK off my, list of places not to eat again.

this place so sucks on wheels… even without wheels; with or without wheels IT SUCKS don’t even waste your time or money they do not care about you or their job. I will be applauding in the parking lot when they go out of business which GUARANTEED WILL HAPPEN!

I went here one night and the lady working there was the friendliest employee I’ve ever met in fast food. However, another time I went with my cousin and she asked a guy if they had the sandwich with buffalo sauce and his answer was «no but we have one with spicy sauce»… It was buffalo sauce. Aside from the super friendly lady and employees they should hire new people who can answer questions correctly about the menu.

Pretty gross facility. The food was bad and there were a lot of scary looking people loitering on the premises. I wouldn’t come here.

Very clean.

Stale ass chicken fries are back! No no no! How bad can they get? The fries are cold! And soggy and with little to none chicken inside! I’m never going to order these again! So sad that they were good, went away and came back really fucken gross! Why bring them back if you can’t make them better!

Probably the best tasting chicken nuggets around, and on $ 1.50 for 10. I got 2 orders of these tasty things. They play music from the 50, s it was way before my time but I do love it. Your parents will love the tunes and such.

Everything you come to expect from this fast food chain. However, this location is very clean! During our visit, we had a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and the tables and chairs were unusually very clean for a Burger King. I was impressed.

Wow! I couldn’t believe I found a Burger King that was still open for the most part where I live they recently have shut down most of the Burger King locations from the oc area south county and almost all Huntington Beach locations non the less this location today was great! Great service menu was Humungus and the prices were great a large dollar menu and a giant drink menu from sodas to slurpies to smoothies ect… my order came out perfect and the people that worked there seemed to be working hard and the store was spotless
This is my new favorite Burger King location!

This is a review that is NOT about the food, rather about the severe lack of service or even human decency.
My car, a fiat, stalled at the entrance of the drive thru. A dead battery :(i tried to start it and it wouldn’t even click. So I immediately called my roadside assistance. Because my battery was dead, the hazard lights would not turn on. So I lifted the hood and stood outside my car (with my 2 dogs in the car) and as customers approached the drive thru, 3, they could easily drive by and get into the drive thru. Several non-​Burger King customers came asking if I needed help.
THANK YOU LONG BEACHers. You are amazing.
The Manager, comes out and asks what is the problem. DUH? Hood up, sitting in the driveway… let me think what is wrong.
So the Manager begins a 10min question rush…“What is wrong with your car?” «Why can’t you start it?» «Did you have AAA?» «Did you call a tow truck?» «How long will they take to get here?» And in between every question he is demanding that i move my car. Then asks if he can try and start my car. Not to mention he is consistently stating how this is going to mess up his business cause customers can’t get into the drive thru… did I mention 3 customers drove by before he came out and 1 drove by while he was «helping»?
The lack of service, lack of concern and plain inconsideration that a woman is stranded with her 2 dogs. And his concern is customers getting thru the drive thru.
I like burger just like the next person. BUT this Burger King WILL NOT get my business.

One of the nifty tricks about ordering a combo meal in any fast food chain is that the price of the beverage, usually coffee, is not calculated into the price of the combo meal in the store computers as it is advertised on the menu board. This allows for easily switching the drink out with the customer paying only the difference, and satisfied customers will come back to dine again.
This particular Burger King no longer does this. I used to come in regularly on Saturday mornings for a breakfast combo and read the LA Times before heading to the laundromat by the Vons. my schedule is more erratic the last couple of years, but today I got to relive the old days. Sort of. Today I discovered that they no longer ring up the combo drink separately. I had to pay for the coffee as well as order my preferred Coca-​Cola which was rung up separately. Needless to say, if I had to buy coffee then I demanded that I get coffee and took it with me to go. this dissatisfied customer is adding Burger King to the list of stores he will no longer be visiting.

Ice cream was good and the fries, but the new BBQ chicken strips were nasty. I got a stomach aid after, worst chicken strips ever.

I’m only eating here because I’m in the mood for french fries and I’m doing my laundry. I do prefer flame broiled burgers over fried ones. But BK has gone down hill big time. Almost a $ 1 for a cheeseburger and when I saw it the old Wendy’s slogan came to mind. Where’s the beef? In and out is still the best fast food burger join out there. BK sad very sad!!!

I come here from time to time to grab a quick something but I don’t eat a lot of fast food. I only come here out of desperation.
I came here recently to try out there 25 cent coffee. It sucks. It’s barely even luke warm. I got a refill and it was the same. My friend met me here to study (yeah I know it’s an awkward spot but the Starbucks across the street sucks and is crowded with no parking and every other place around here is outdoors). Anyway he ordered a coffee and it literally took 15 minutes. He had to sit down and wait and guess what? Wasn’t even hot!
WTF

The place is clean. The food is tasty. And the management is tops.

I should confess that I rarely eat Burger King’s food… I will maybe stop by for the occasional sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, which is delicious, but other than that, there is only ONE thing that keeps me coming back…

They are deliciously consistent at this convenient location, and they taste like chocolate milk with an espresso kick of Seattle’s Best coffee. They’ll also give you a «venti» size for about $ 3! I also find the service consistently friendly at this location, primarily at the drive through. Coffee lovers should definitely try the BK Mocha, but be warned that they are truly addictive!

Should be a three ½ star review. However it seemed very clean everywhere I looked. Great location when traveling South on PCH.

So, in general I try not to eat a lot of fast food, for obvious reasons. Today though, I was having a stressful day and we haven’t gone grocery shopping in a while, so I was just looking for something quick and dirty.
Now, I realize that when you are ordering from a fast food join, you can’t exactly expect GREAT food. But man, I remember when a Whopper was exactly that — a big, pretty good burger. I don’t know what it was that I just ate but it was neither big, nor pretty good. Actually, I take that back — there was one part of the burger that was big — the bun.
This thing was a joke. It looked like the «other guy’s» burger on a commercial where they compare. GIANT bun, tiny patty and way too much mayo. If I wasn’t so hungry and had any other food in my house, I would have thrown it away after the first bite. So gross.
I have definitely learned my lesson. On the (mostly) rare occasions when I eat fast food, it will never again be Burger King.

I hate writing negative reviews of fast food places. It’s like kicking a wounded puppy. I mean, you go in knowing that the food is going to be edible at best and the employees don’t really want to be there. You don’t go in expecting 5 star cuisine and service.
All the same, this place is horrible. As the previous reviewer said they always manage to get my order wrong somehow. Last night I went through the drive thru (it was late and I was broke). The lady gives me my food but not my drink. As I was asking for my drink she slammed the window in my face and walked off. Seriously? WTF? A minute later a guy opened the window and said «what do you want?» like I was disturbing his night or something.
Epic fail.
