Brad Garofalo – State Farm Insurance Agent

I was with Liberty Mutual. I met with Brad to get a quote. He gave me the discount double check. State Farm saved me over $ 300 a year and I have rental insurance. Brad was very professional and polite. No «hard sell». I will most definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Great rates

Brad is the kind of insurance agent one would want to have. When my roommate was involved in an accident (car was deemed totally beyond repair), Brad helped her from beginning to end. I was present throughout the whole time that Brad took on the task. Even though it extended passed office hours, he stayed and saw it thru until everything was reported and filed. And to top it off, he handled it with calm and empathy, which doesn’t leave you feeling as unnerved. Thanks Brad for all your help and effort. You rock!

I would call Brad a car salesman, except that it would be an insult to the car salesmen I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. This guy will sell all kinds of insurance to you, even the ones that you don’t need and would tell you that your life depends on having all of these insurance. I was stupid enough to buy from him and cancelled a policy I had with another company (whom I was with for more than 10 years). After a year with Brad and State Farm, I decided that I made a mistake and switched back to my old company. When I called to cancel, first he tried to scare me by saying that the cost would go up on my homeowner’s policy if I cancel the auto policy. When I said I wanted to cancel both and had gotten coverage from the other company, he then said «good luck» in the most sarcastic way possible and slammed down the phone on me.
This guy is only interested in selling you stuff and he is not looking out for your welfare. There is never a cheaper option with him, it’s always more coverage, more premium. I am not familiar with other State Farm reps, but he is one I can strongly recommend that you avoid.
