Bino’s Flooring

I recently hired Bino’s flooring to refinish a 76 year old white oak floor. I Had a pretty small window of time to get it done prior to moving in. Bino was super accommodating and found the time to get it done. His crew, led by Kevin, did a flawless job and really made it look great. Highly trafficked areas came clean and they charged a market competitive rate. I would highly recommend.

This company and Bino are the best! I needed hardwood floors repaired and refinished in three days before renters move in and Bino’s crew showed up on time and got the job done even quicker! Bino gave me a very fair estimate and the floors look beautiful! I cannot say enough great things about this awesome company! I will only use them for any flooring from here on out! Can’t say enough good things about Bino. I had 6 spots on my wood floor with termite damage that needed to be replaced. His crew laced the wood planks so you can’t tell it was patched. They showed up on time, worked all day and completed the job when he said. Bino is very curtious and runs professional operation.

I went completely off of Unilocal and chose someone who only had one review and a good review. I went with my hunch and followed Alex L’s review as the truth.
I called Bino and he answered the phone and got out to my house the next day to give me an estimate. Just the fact that he answered his phone was impressive, but when he called me the next day 5 minutes before our appointment time to make sure I WAS ON MY WAY as he was ALREADY there — WOW I knew I had made a good choice.
The floors turned out very nice and Bino and all of his workers were polite, on time, and easy to work with. In fact they were the best contractors that I worked with on this job. The price was reasonable and the skill level was high. They had to work with tile that had been installed over portions of the wood floor, water damaged floor, and rebuilding a trap door that was also covered in wood flooring. And of course as we pulled up the carpet we found a 2′ x 4′ section of floor that was missing completely. Bino’s crew filled it in and laced it into the existing flooring — for someone who didn’t know about the missing flooring, they would not even notice where that spot was now that it’s done.
Bino always consulted with me first if there were any add on’s to the estimate — which he made while the carpet was still down– so I was expecting that there could be additional fees. Probably my only «complaint» was that I thought he had quoted me for the transition strip between the wood and tile flooring in the kitchen, but he had done a thorough job on filling out his estimate and when I looked at it, it did not list the transition — so I paid additional money for that.
And as Alex pointed out — do not let the tattoos scare you off — he and his crew are professionals who do really good work and stick to the schedule — I absolutely recommend them for refinishing wood floors and combining both old flooring and new.

I been a customer for Bino’s Flooring for like 4yrs & I get satisfied every time. He’s very flexible & understanding no problems getting any job done. I put him thru soo much stress cause my wife is picky but he always surprises us with his beautiful flooring touches. So far he has done 3 of my bedrooms carpet & living room wood floor. My wife was so happy with the out come. We contracted him because he was really reasonable and he worked with us all the way. I recommend his work. He’s the best, most of all, my wife is happy with all the remodeling we had done to our home. We saved so much money with his services thank you so much Bino’s Flooring!!!

I contacted Bino’s flooring to install vinyl planks and carpet on my boat. Bino had never installed flooring on a boat, and offered to come to the marina to give an estimate. He arrived perfectly on time.
To be honest, when I met him, I had second thoughts. Bino has tattoos that are not, shall I say, decorative. I talked to him and got the feeling that I was talking to a man who had been given a second chance and would not waste it.
I was absolutely right! We made a deal, and the job that he estimated would take a day, maybe a day and half, took him three days. Not because he works slowly, but that is the nature of boats. He did not charge me a nickel for the extra time (there was a small additional charge to re-​size some hatches and install molding (which had not been discussed). He worked on Thanksgiving Day to get my boat ready!
Bino is a Gem! I fear that with his honesty and sweet personality people may take advantage of him. Please don’t.

Hired this company on a good recommendation to put in laminate flooring in my place after which I decided to hire them to put in carpeting in two of my rentals which included some floor repairs. On all three jobs, they showed up on time, finished on time or a bit early and left the each place immaculate. The work was excellent and could not find better pricing anywhere, and I look! Highly recommended.
