Came in with a friend on Wednesday(6÷1÷16) around 7ish looking to get some candles. No one was in the store besides two associates who were busy chit chatting. Made eye contact but was never greeted not told about current promotions. Was literally the only customers there and it went till a good 7 – 8 minutes one of them decided to stop their important conversation to say«hello» and went back to talking to the other associate. Thought to myself umm ok and told my friend lets go! Work on acknowledging customers and keep the side talk to a minimum especially if customers are present. You need to retrain those to about customer service.

Maybe a future visit will yield more stars. There was ONE employee working the register and the line was very long and slow. The cashier was very apologetic for the wait and lack of scheduled staff so I was appreciative. Crazy, indecisive customers didn’t help. People should have items in hand and money out when they get to the counter… geesh! **Lesson for management… do better with scheduling.

This is my second favorite Bath and Body Works. I love that it is stand-alone and not inside a big mall. Parking wasn’t terrible outside and I was greeted right away. I had a HUGE haul for Mother’s Day and they offered coupons and double-bagged everything. They also helped me to find a scent I was looking for, but couldn’t find. I love coming here!

Great customer service and super friendly checkout! Every employee in the store smiles and said hi! I love going to these store, the mall locations are the worst and always a mess. This location definitely has a new repeat customer!

What more can a girl who wants to treat herself to something delightful ask for?! I was greeted with a warm smile! The store was clean and not messy! I was given top notch Customer Service! Like seriously… I felt like a V.I.P! My coupon was one day expired but It was still honored. So I really splurged! I went in for just 2 items and left with a bag full of goodies. My total went from $ 159.00 to $ 127. 20. I was so pleased. The ladies that helped me were, Rae, and the other name I didn’t catch. She had brown curly hair and was about 5’5 and was so sweet. She suggested the Endless Weekend, and Mad About You. I bought both because of her. Thanks a million ladies! You rock!

Easy in and out experience during the holiday shopping rush. Wish they had more items in stock, but I’m sure that is on par with the time of year. Easy to get to and the register lines moved quickly!

This location is kinda off the beaten path, but sometimes that’s what makes a store special. The store is quite small and not as big as other BBWs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They will go out of their way to find a fragrance for you, someone special or your home. Make sure you try their hand soaps. You will fall in love. *Side Note: Give them your email address to receive coupons and previews to new items*

Pretty much your standard bath and body works, great location and next to many other shops in this pretty big shopping center!

Shopping at Long Beach town center can be a headache because of the exit eastbound being so scary! I like coming here to The Town Center for a few reasons, Edwards Theaters and Bath and Body works! I have a small collection of body sprays and lotions which I’ve had a hard time figuring out which one is my favorite. At this time I think The Coconut Lime breeze is my personal favorite. I am due for some new items, I love shopping here. I recently received a gift of Rio Rumberry which is also pretty nice, it came with a candle too that lasted a good day or so. I receive great service here too, it isn’t as crowded as The Cerritos location. The lip products and hand creams are great. Thank you!

Long Beach Towne Center is probably my least favourite shopping center, because of all the people and the chaotic parking lot, but I do love Bath and Body Works. I am not a girly girl by any means. I don’t wear much makeup, and I don’t lust after purses and high heels. But if I’m going out where people are gonna be close enough to smell me, I wanna smell good. Bath and Body Works carries so many scents, and each scent has it’s own line of fragrances, sprays, lotions, soaps, etc. It’s fun to walk around the shop, testing out your testers, and choosing a signature scent for yourself. The prices are reasonable, and on top of those reasonable prices, they also have big sales a few times a year. I wear Japanese Cherry Blossom, which smells fresh and sweet and gets me lots of compliments… But my favourite thing about it is the absence of pain I’ve had since I began to wear it. A few years ago I began getting terrible migraines, and I had to do away with all the expensive perfumes I’ve been given over the years. Now, I can smell good, feel good doing it, and it won’t affect my budget much. Thank you, Bath and Body Works! I love you. Note: After my recent change to cruelty-free cosmetics, I was happy to know I could keep all of my Bath and Body Works products. NONE of their stuff is tested on animals, which means you can use it all without a smidgeon of guilt. Love it even more now.

Plain and simple, nice people but I’m finishing off my supply of Bath and Body Works stuff, and I won’t be buying anymore of them. Their body cream just isn’t enough to keep on skin moist throughout the day, and I don’t ever have dry skin. The body cream wears because clothes leaving my legs dry. So it’s not the shop that I’m rating. The shop is wonderful with everything that a Bath and Body Work patron would love. But I’m no longer happy with their products, so bye-bye to B and B’s lotion, body cream, body butter. I’ve tried it all. Bye-bye
