I am so tired of the long lines here The manager needs to have enough tellers so the line is never longer than a ten minute wait and keep the business line up all day

I have been banking her for over 10 years with a business account. This bank has became horrible in the last few month. Huge line with only two tellers working. Merchant teller Julius is very rude and unprofessional. After my transaction he made me wait while he was cleaning his workspace. I asked him why doesn’t he give me a receipt and let me go and clean up after, his twisted logic was to tell me that the next customer in line would have to wait until he cleans up. Is that absurd!!! When I pointed out that the next person in line is anyway waiting in line behind be and all he accomplished and to have two people waiting, he couldn’t find an answer so he just ignored me and continued cleaning up. A few minutes later he was done, gave me my receipt and called the next customer. I have never encountered such rude and Abusive behavior from a bank employee.
They are loosing my business account just as soon as I have all checks clear thru the account

Worst bank I’ve ever stepped into. No greeter, the business banking line which is supposed to help business deposits be quick and painless is taking upwards of 30 – 45 minutes to help out about 5 people. The normal line which was 4 times as long has moved quicker and people who walked in after me and went to that line have already left. I am disgusting by this experience. DISGUSTED.
This hurts my business and really ruined my night. I hate this branch and innately have much anger with their entire staff. Definitely switching my entire company to Chase.

19 windows, 2 tellers… just at an hour in line now, and I was 7^th in line… no chance of doing anything on your lunch here… but, the still have a «greeter»… maybe a 3^rd teller or 10?

I came in here at 5 and only two tellers and over 20 customers makes no sense and two managers just staring at the customers

I so dislike this bank. The lines are always long and never enough tellers. You have a strange customer blend. This isn’t my bank of choice I come to bank of America because this is who the state disability use when they send u that darn debit card. I am a chase customer and if I didn’t have to stop here I wouldn’t. I have found that most bank of America’s are the same. It didn’t register but oh yeah it was near the 1^st of the month. Parking is private lot and some street parking. Customers in line need to learn about personal space. I move because I don’t want u all on my ass. Why do I torture myself. I only have to do this one more time then I am back to work. Bank of America get it together with your customer service there is no reason the line should be just about to the door you enter

I go to this bank often when I need to deposit because it’s on the way home.
During the day before 5PM is probably the best time to go because it’s not overly crowded at the ATM.
If you’re looking to deposit a check I highly advise not to use the second ATM to the right of the bank entrance. Does not work! I’ve tried it twice and almost didn’t even give me my check back! Best one to use is the one facing the street.
Anyway, inside is just like any other BOA.
3 stars because the ATMs are shut down when the sun sets. (It’s not the most safest place to be). I actually wouldn’t recommend going to this one if its sun down anyway.

If I could, I would give negative score on this branch. They are always understaffed. I see customers at a business banking line being await for over 15 mins. I’ve been waiting for a client service over 15 mins. One customer service for over 4 transactions. One of the most wasteful time to spend on Sat!

Worst service I have experience in any bank I been to so far. No one asked to help me at all after being there for over 20 minutes. The most polite and helpful person working there was the security guard.

Horrible… Horrible bank horrible tellers horrible wait if I didn’t have to come here for only for my works deposits I’d never come

Love that its close to my house but when I wanna withdraw money around 9 – 10 pm the atm’s are close so I have to drive to the other location which is in bixby knolls :(overall it’s never crowded a the tellers are very polite and try and get you in and out fast as possible

Reminds me that I have bills to pay. i like this B of A because its never crowded, and it has pretty good tellers, even the ones who are not brite are still polite.
Its located off Long beach Blvd, and if you enter the parking lot from the side street instead of Long Beach Blvd, you can avoid the stress of the wild motorist driving these Long Beach City streets.
