Bamboleo

English is our first language and my husband and I speak minimal Spanish. However, we want our children to learn and this class is the perfect introduction. Maestra Priscilla is absolutely incredible at commanding the children’s attention. I bring my two boys (18 and 38 months) to the same class and they are both entranced. We listen to the CDs in the car and read the books at home. The classes are worth EVERY penny… and then some!

Priscilla is a great teacher and really gets the children’s attention. My daughter has a lot of fun. Excellent curriculum and very welcoming environment! Way to go Bamboleo!

Such a wonderful class for children to be introduce to the world of Spanish through songs, stories, and art. I’m thrilled to see how my child enjoys coming to class, and has learned a great amount of Spanish in a fun and interesting way.
Like in my previous post, I guess I speak for lower income familes that aren’t fortune enough to aford classes like this one. We come from those family, and I hear how they would loved to enroll their children in some of these LB Recreation classes but the price isn’t worth enrolling them and they miss out on great classes like this one.
Other than that, we love this program. And I’m glad it’s available for as young as 8 months old infants.

My 6 year old daughter really enjoys her Spanish classes with Priscilla, the instructor. It’s fun to talk with her afterwards and see how much she learned. Priscilla is extraordinarily creative and energetic in keeping the kids engaged and learning.

My daughter has been enrolled in Ms. Priscilla’s Hola Ninos/​Amiguitos class for over a year now. We can’t say enough about what an amazing program she runs. her teaching methods are so creative. I enjoy taking my daughter just as much as my daughter enjoys the class. I am bi-​lingual but the class really does help give us some structure to teaching her Spanish. Makes it so that my husband is learning too. It’s a great value for what we get. We live in Montebello, but my husband grew un in Long Beach. We drive a half hour to get her there on Saturdays and my mother-​in law helps us out with getting her there on Mondays. I’ve found no other program like it locally and believe me I’ve searched! Thank you Priscilla!

Our daughter has been in Hola Ninos for over 2 years. When our son is old enough he will attend also! We love the classes and Priscilla is a fantastic teacher. I am a Kindergarten teacher and the way that she teaches (through song, play, immersion, crafts, and social experiences) is perfect! Our daughter loves the classes and plays «spanish class» at home daily. She has a large vocabulary of Spanish words and phrases. I highly recommend Hola Ninos. It has been part of our family for years and we are going to continue as long as we can.
