I’ve been wanting to refi my loan for a while, but I hate searching for reliable refi companies. I’ll be honest here, Babak is a friend of mine, and I don’t normally like bugging my friends for their services (you know, it can make or break a friendship), but I had heard such great things from other friends that I decided to give him a call. Babak was nothing but professional in how he handled my refi. I loved that he talked down to my level of knowledge, and presented different options for me to chose from. Dealing with a mortgage is never a pleasant experience, but Babak took all the hard work out of it. The worst part was having to clean my house for the assessor to come in and look at it. Please believe that if I wasn’t truly happy with my experience that I wouldn’t be writing a review. Babak truly earns the 5 stars and I would recommend him to anyone that asks!

My husband and I just finished working with Babak on the purchase of our first home.
For the last year, we have been told by multiple lenders we couldn’t buy a house because we owe the IRS (even though we are on a payment plan and always pay on time). This was so discouraging being the fact that owning a home would be a HUGE tax write off for us. He held up to everything he said, walked us through the entire process, handled most everything for us and escrow wasn’t at all stressful like everyone said it would be! Everyone kept telling us «escrow is so stressful and hard» but not once did my husband and I feel stressed. It was a breeze and Babak got it all done so quickly! He was efficient, honest and so calm and helpful through the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage broker! Babak will have all our business and I would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I purchased our first home through Babak. I researched Babak on Unilocal and here I am back again to rate his business and our overall experience.
Right off the bat, let me say that our case was complicated because I am on a working visa and my credit was not really well established (given that I was a student for 2 years and have joined workforce in US for 1 year). Thus the complication existed both on my working status as well as a not-​so-​great credit score. Now couple that with my aspiration to get an FHA approved loan when we had not even finalized a property to purchase. The odds were all stacked against us…

He guided us through the complex procedure of a home purchase and mortgage with professional ease and true empathy, never once losing patience. Even in tough neogtiations with all parties, he was our constant guide and saw to it that we got the best deal. In no time, we zeroed in on a house and Babak moved on to close the negotiation with a network of bankers.
I have been a risk manager in the #5 bank in the world and understand the financing aspect of a mortgage really well. Never once did I catch Babak on the wrong foot. He was diligent, proactive and eventually got us the best deal available in the market. He was always transparent and shared a stream of information with suggestions to help us close at an amazing rate.
Given this experience, I finally acknowledge the role of a truly professional mortgage broker in negotiating a great deal from the mortgage market. We closed an end-​to-​end deal in an astonishing 3 months including a move-​in to our new abode.
I am yet to come across such a great match of personality and professional. Babak and Christina are now my go-​to team for any real estate decision.
