The manager helped us out and didn’t listen to a word we said. We ended up having a messed up plan and charges we weren’t even explained about. When the bill came to reveal what we were actually being charged for it was too late to return any of the devices. Basically it was like a bait and switch. When we went back to ask them about it they told us we must not have understood them! Now we are stuck with the devices. The staff was discouterous and condescending. I would NOT recommend going here.

Went here today for help with getting the cellular data plan on my iPad up and running. I left with a perfectly working iPad. In addition Scott got my monthly bill substantially reduced. Note, he did this without me asking. This will definitely be my go to cell store going forward. Thanks Scott!

The worst at&t store around. The manager scott is a pos. Want to make the sale but god forbid theres a problem he will be no help and act like your an a***hole. Cant begin to explain what i went through. DONOTGOFORANYTHING. Go to a corporate att store not a retail spot. He is miserable.

Came in on a Saturday with iphone syncing trouble. The guy working had the biggest attitude ever; as if my problem was somehow beneath him. Talked with such condescension that I walked right out. Who gave this guy a job?! Clearly he had a chip on his shoulder and was in the wrong job. If you don’t know how to deal with people, don’t get a job at an AT&T store where roughly 90% of your job hinges upon interacting with customers. What a jerk.
