I stayed here one night during my California adventure. Not wanting to splurge on a hotel. Big mistake. Pros — free parking, wifi, air conditioning, it was $ 75 for the night, had a very good sleep on the comfy king size bed Cons — this place seems to be in a very scary/shady neighbourhood. The sheets had burn holes in them, the carpet looks very out dated kind of from the 70s, the picture on the wall was kind of creepy. Overall for what I paid I had a good nights rest. Just didn’t feel very comfortable there at all. Feels like you’re just a number not a valued customer.

I would recommend this for a one night stay, nothing longer, and only if you won’t be spending much time in it and if you’re splitting the cost with someone. Because even though it’s super cheap, I’d never spend $ 67 alone on a shit hole like this. Opened the drawer of the night stand to find a cockroach roaming around and there was a dead spider on the ceiling. We took the precaution of bringing sheets to lay over the bed then a comforter to use to keep us warm. Plus side is the WiFi and air conditioning works.

Been there 2 times. The first time I was trying to get something a lil cheaper than the aqua venture. Dude at the desk offered a better deal than the Colonial next door. The outside décor looks nice, well maniured lawn/garden in the front. the desk agent was friendly. I got the room with the Queen sized bed for me and my daughter. Put sheets on the floor and let my baby play. It was cool lil room not too fancy or funky. I was actually taken back by how nice the bathroom looked. Pretty Caramel colored tile and a vanity type mirror. It even came with«Breath Right» a shower cap and few free knick knacks outside of the usual paper thin ass soap that smells like School District Soap Dispensers. The lamp had a outlet to plug in your cell phone or PC, modern silver and black mini fridge and microwave. Basic dresser space and table/chair combo. The side of town is by Poly High School and everything is pretty much close and convenient. You had the London Market which is the closest liquor store, 98 cent store, Mickey D’s up the street, Beauty Supply check cashing place, Jack in Box, Pee and Gees, IHOP, and CVS all within walking distance. Not to mention the Metro Blue Line is 5 minutes away. So the second time I came was with my sister and the kids it was nice and convenient. few things I was trippin off of tho… why the fuck they had mattresses laying in the parking lot tho?! lmaooo Im hoping they was replacing the rooms with new joints and lay the old joints to dash weh. The cleaning guy this arabic dude was a lil grouchy like he didnt wanna be there. Somebody random tried to knock on the door, said they was management when we looked out the window we see nathan. smh random place random shit. eastside lb. what more can I say! We woulda had to put the paws on em «Scrappy voice» anyways I give Aqua Venture 3 stars mainly because of the location, decent pricing, and decent bathroom and the free WiFi. I knock off 2 stars for the fact that I don’t think they shampoo their carpet as much as they should. You can stain your socks walking on that shit. Their breakfast time was wayyyy too early for me and they didn’t have a pool like next door. Other than that I would most likely go there again.

This place is must go. the price is really good for the quality of the place, very clean, and the owner very nice, and I really wanted to thank him because of what he did for me. I had to rush to my class and I dropped my wallet with over $ 300.00 in it, and plus my driving license and my other important licenses and his staff found the wallet and he sent it to my address. These days it is really hard to find somebody like him. God bless you, your family, and your good and trustworthy staff.
