Sue is awesome! She helped me find everything I was looking for. I will definitely use her again. Thank you Sue!

I have known Sue for 15 years, and she has always provided excellent service. Her information is accurate, and she can find prices lower than what we can find. She even arranged for a very large group of us to go on a trip together, and scheduled special events for the group. She took the time to ask what we were looking for, what we required, and if there were any certain things we wanted to avoid, questions that we didn’t even think to ask. She was very quick to respond to our questions. Not only was she friendly and helpful, she made herself available during our trip for questions and helpful tips. I highly recommend Sue. She is AWESOME!!!

Wow. Wecome to Unilocal.I was so shocked coming back from a business trip to see such a response in my email:
«I would like to know who you are and what your experience was. We were not even in the office the week of your review. Please advise.»
What? I know it is difficult to read tone in emails … but WHO ARE YOU AND YOUR LYING ABOUT OUR COMPANY is pretty far off proper client service.
Well, I do have proof that I contacted your offices. I also have proof that the second response was abrupt and somewhat unprofessional. The first response was a bounce back email from
. Also, some people take time to write reviews — they just don’t do it that moment.
I chose to contact this office based upon the glowing reviews from Unilocal.When contacted, I was offered no assistance, other than a, «Sorry can’t help attitude.» Thinking it may have been an employee having a bad day, I wrote the review below willing to give them a second chance until I had better insight/​business dealing.
Didn’t think it would happen like this though. Let me give Unilocalers a better idea of what I think customer service is. After this experience I contacted another travel company outside of LB. Although the owner of the business was unable to assist me, he did some quick investigating (2 mins of his life) offered a few suggestions and insight and then wished me good luck! He even offered a couple referrals as well. I guess I am just appauled at this moment from someone accusing me of lying about a review? The only reason I am writing an update is because a friend informed me that I should.
If this company was capable of quality service the email above should have stated this instead:
«Sorry about your expereince with our company. I personally was not here the week of your review and would like to see if there is anything I can do to be of assitance? We pride ourselves in customer service and would like you to have a better impression of us. If you have a moment, I would love the opportunity to offer you a better customer service experience. I look forward to hearing from you soon.»
Maybe that might have been to much to ask? Take notes All Inclusive. I offer my sample letter above to you for free.

All Inclusive Experts is GREAT!
I am having my wedding in Cabo and needed a group rate. Not only did Sue help me with obtaining a very good rate, she was very prompt and very helpful. Prior to contacting Sue I had also called Expedia, Travelocity and
, and I have yet to hear back from them.
All in all, I am Very Pleased with my group rate and my experience with All Inclusive Experts! I will most definately be booking my hooneymoon and future travels with Sue.

Not only have we had some great family vacations in delightful resorts, but the following is incredible service:
My wallet and contents were returned after completing the «contact us» form on-​line for the Puerto Vallarta Airport. (
) Security said that they had it. And I could authorize someone to pick it up. Sue, our travel agent at
, worked with Apple Vacations to have one of their agents pick it up and UPS it back to me.
Kudos to All Inclusive Experts, and Apple Vacations. Kudos to to Security at PV airport. By the way Delta Airlines and US TSA were of no help at all. Really impressed with Mexico Airport Authority, Apple Vacations, and All Inclusive Experts!

Sue is a great travel planner.
We first had her help for a friends wedding in Jamaica. She helped book our flights and hotel, always being budget minded and on top of good flight times. OUr trip was smooth.
We next decided to use her for our destination wedding with more than 50 people traveling. First she helped make the recommendation for the resort that we chose. She offered her advice based on our likes and priorities and had a great choice for us. She organized the groups flights, hotels, shuttle transfers, payment schedules. I never once had to communicate with the hotel about all my guests travel needs. She handled all of that for me which is a huge headache saver. She planned 50 guests coming from over 10 different states, traveling between 3 – 8 days. There was no consistency of the guests plans and she handled it great.
Sue also helped communicate with Mexico for me when I was having difficulties with wedding items. This was out of her scope of work, yet she was happy to help.
She also kept me up to date as guests inquired to her, updated spreadsheets as people booked. Constant communication of costs. And at the end delivered a very organized layout of everyones travel plans and times. This was extremely useful while on our wedding trip, understanding who was arriving and leaving when.
She was also very kind, showering us with beautiful wedding touches to make our trip extra special.
I feel 100% confident that Sue will make travel planning easy and effortless!

I had never used a travel agent prior to this experience with All Inclusive Experts and Sue Denno, so I went into the experience a little unclear on what to expect. After the outstanding experience I had with Sue, I doubt I will ever plan another major vacation without an agent on my side.
The reason I went to an agent this time was that I was looking for very specific requirements for myself, my wife, and 2 friends, 1 of whom required special accommodations due to requiring the use of a wheelchair. She is also an avid scuba diver, as are my wife and I. The 4^th member of our group, while certified to dive, was more interested in a relaxing getaway that didn’t include diving. There were a variety of other requirements, but those were the primary considerations. I had no idea where to start looking for an accessible all-​inclusive resort with an on-​site dive operation outside the US and didn’t have the time to sift through all the information to find one. Sue admitted that she had not planned a trip like this one before, but she didn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves and go to work in finding someplace that met all of our requirements. She quickly narrowed our options down to just a few options and was effective at making contact with those options to guarantee that they could provide what we wanted and needed. When we finally chose what appeared to be the best option for us, she quickly confirmed everything and made extra effort to make sure that the resort was aware of our unique requirements. For that reason, there was no confusion when we arrived. The vacation as a whole was fantastic!
We did have one issue with a separate transfer arrangement that we had made for our 2 friends since the normal shuttle was not equipped to handle a wheelchair. We got the issue resolved at the airport, but upon learning of the problem after we got back, Sue again went to work and was able to get the extra cost of the special service returned. I should note that she had absolutely no obligation to do anything like this since it was all after the fact. This kind of over-​the-​top service combined with quick, effective and easy communication during the planning and booking process made this a trip I and the rest of our group will never forget, and we look forward to our next chance to utilize Sue’s services.

Sue is fantastic… this was our very first vacation and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We had an issue arise before we left for our vacation and Sue jumped right on it and had it resolved by the end of the day. I never had to follow up with her on anything– which is very impressive. I like to ask A LOT of questions, and she answered every single one of them– within the same day.
I am not one who likes to write reviews (but I definitely READ reviews of others) which is why I am writing this now. Sue is very reliable, friendly, informative, patient and efficient (and we have never met in person) — I highly recommend her to everyone, from my friends and family to co-​workers and anyone who may be reading this now. Thank you again Sue for a wonderful experience!

I have used Sue for the last 4 family cruises that I have taken. She is super quick to respond to all questions. Sue will research and find exactly what you are looking for in a tenth of the time anyone else will. She always adds something to the trip I did not think of. Customer service is amazing and I could not plan the trips without her. Try all inclusive travel you cannot go wrong. Thanks Sue and I am sure I will be using you again.

Planning a trip for 20 is crazy to do on your own. I knew I needed help and was unfamiliar with travel agents. Sue was AMAZING! She was detailed, prompt worked with our needs, patient, diligent and efficient. I have been bragging about her to friends. I will use her moving forward for travel plans. You ROCK Sue!

We have booked a cruise for a large group and Sue at All Inclusive Experts has been amazing! She has handled everything including getting all of us into the Captain’s Dinner (not an easy task for so many people). With her expertise and travel knowledge it makes traveling a breeze. There is no way that an online travel site can give you the personal attention to detail that All Inclusive Experts provides! I hope to book many more vacations with Sue in the future.

Need a travel agent? Look no further… you just need to work with Sue Denno! I was skeptical at first, to work with a travel agent… after all… I have been arranging my travel for years since the Internet has made it so easy to do it direct. However, planning a trip for 12 to Cancun over the holiday season in December is no easy task, so I went on the hunt for someone to help me. Sue is very responsive, thorough and easy to work with. I’m VERY pleased with the service and recommend others work with her too!
