I’m updating my previous with view with a few notes. I’ve rented a unit here for a little over three years and I have to say the on-​stie manager has been consistently exceptional. She really works hard at building and maintaining the community. She takes a personal interest in the tenents and is in general very friendly, accomodating and attentive to our needs and those of the property.
It’s an older bulding but our manager works hard to keep everything working and updating. Needed repairs are attended to immediately or within in a matter of hours.
My tenure here has been long enough to make many new friends among the tenents. Many have moved in and out over the years. But after talking with them, it almost never has anything to do with the building or community itself. People get new jobs, married, etc. But our onsite manager always finds new, nice and curteous people to rent vacant units.
My final note here is that it’s awesome that the building does not allow smoking on patios or in common areas. If one feels the urge to light up, prepare to go outside on the sidewalk.

This apartment is definitely one of a kind. I recently moved here and it’ll officially be 2 months this month.
From the brick exterior to the small details such as the beautiful wooden doors and unique tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, and even the fireplace, this apartment certainly has it’s own character. You will definitely notice the small details that make this place amazing.
The building manager, Kathie, is awesome! She’s always on it and ready to help, even during off hours. Even during the application process for my apartment, she was helpful and kind.
To add — the complex has parking and AC. And since it’s Long Beach, that’s a rare find! Did I mention that a couple blocks away is the beach? Yeah, that’s there too. Not to mention, a ton of places around the corner from Hot Java to the Long Beach Museum of Art.

I love this place! My husband and I have lived here a year now and it’s been wonderful. The place is clean everyone here is super friendly a real little community and any issue big or small is quickly resolved by Kathie our manager. The neighborhood is beautiful and 2 blocks from the beach is not a shabby perk!

I have been living here for 2.5 years. It has been a great experience. I came from Downtown, and really enjoy the quiet atmosphere that this place offers to the residents. It is also located on a wide road, which makes parking pretty easy if you have two people in the apartment (each place gets one underground space). Kathie, the Property Manager, lives on-​site and is always down to help out. You can tell she takes pride in the property and is always making sure that we have what we need. For such a small building, there are two separate laundry rooms (1 for each floor). Walking distance to beach and Long Beach Art Museum. Highly recommend.

Having had the privilege of living here for now over a year, I can happily say this is an apartment complex that is seriously top notch for LB.
The landscaping, laundry facility, design/​layout of the building and most of all the management is truly outstanding!
Kathie (building manager) lives on site and is like your fairy godmother. She is always around the property tidying up, wishing the tenants a good day and continuously making sure we are all happy.
If you are lucky enough to live here, you won’t regret it.
