Victoria’s Secret

The store manager should be fired. This is the most unkept store I have ever been in. It is a disgrace to VS and the mall. I won’t go back.

This used to be my favorite Victoria Secret which was the biggest one near me, but sadly they have slowly went down hill. The staff working in PINK is all very friendly and helpful and greets you upon entering. They know their products and are all very nice. The selection is still big with a good variety. However the line and check out process is ridiculous. I went in their at 10 on a Saturday morning only around 15 people in the store. Stood in line behind 1 other person and it took 15 minutes to get to the counter to check out. They lack speed and really need help because the line gets outrageously long.

I love this VS, even more than the one over at Cherry Creek! The service is great, selections are awesome, more stocked than the other stores that I’ve gone to.

I love this location! The selection is great compared to the locations closer to my home and there are many friendly staff that have always been floating around for any questions you may have. I never have to search for a salesperson and they have always been more than happy to check for additional sizes in the back room. My only complaint? Special Angel events. There are way too many people in this area and an additional location to help handle the demand for special events would be appreciated.

I had a weird experience here yesterday.
One of my bras was broken. somehow the strap shredded through the holder on the back band. I have several of this exact bra and none of them had this issue so I figured it must have been defective. I visited the store hoping that they would exchange it for me.
I was happy to see it was the Semi-​Annual Sale so I got a little distracted shopping for workout clothes {their running tights are simply the best-​lulu who?}. I shopped over 20 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged nor greeted. The fitting rooms were empty so it was an unnecessarily long 3 minute wait to be acknowledged & given a room. The girl was pretty brusque informing me that I had too many items to bring into the room. She was helpful & quick switching my items out for me, though. I showed her the shredded bra & asked her if she thought I could exchange it for a new one. She said «maybe, ask up front» and sorta left me hanging. I left the fitting rooms with the items I wanted to purchase and headed to the PINK section to find a bra to replace my shredded one.
I found two girls working in the PINK section & asked where I could find the bra I was looking for. They dismissed me with a wave to the semi-​annual sale tables «probably in the tables, I guess».
I didn’t find the bra there so decided to forget it & just buy my workout gear. It was at the register & after that I experienced acceptable customer service. The girl working the cashier tried to find the bra for me but wasn’t able to find it. She sent me up front to work with Lydia.
Lydia is awesome. She usually works the front of the store {at least the half-​dozen times I’ve worked with her} and she is super friendly, helpful, and decreases any awkwardness I feel getting my boobs measured in the middle of a store. She found me a bra to replace my shredded one & I was able to checkout without further incident.
I wouldn’t give much thought to my shopping trip and I probably wouldn’t have even considered writing a review, however in the past 24 hours I have heard from 3 friends that they had similar cold, unfriendly, unhelpful customer service at this particular store.

I went to this location about two years ago to get some things for my bed room photo shoot as a gift for my husband. It was relatively slow and I felt like, once the staff knew why I was there, they were all helping me out things together, each and everyone of them was amazing! I went back today for some sports bras and Kris was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was very attentive and offered a ton of options. The first round, I found myself trying to figure out some of the options but knew what I did and didn’t like. The second round, she listened to my likes and dislikes and got me into something I was comfortable in. The ladies at this location are simply amazing!!!

I can’t seem to have good luck at this one. The ladies in the fitting room are rude and so not helpful and none of the bras I liked were in my size!

I went in yo be measured and get a new bra. I found out I was a 36DD after always being told I was a 36B and wearing too small of bras. Erin helped me find a perfect one for me, and adjusted it while it was on so it fit perfectly. I have a nickel allergy and cannot wear under wire, she still found a super cute one that is supportive but wire free. They didn’t have the color I wanted so it’s being shipped to my house for free. Overall a great experience and I will only buy bras from here from now on.

Victoria Secret in Park Meadows is very good! I love there selection of different items here. I would recommend for anyone to shop here. Now I did go in and they did not have a single hiphugger panty as they did not receive a shipment so technically that is corporates fault. I will be back to get my pantys. Love Victoria Secret!

The Park Meadows VS store was a life changing experience. I have been avoiding a visit to VS, preferring to shop online for years. I just could never find my size and hated feeling like I was a misshapen freak.
Since there was a sale and my vacation was rapidly approaching, I bucked up and headed in. I was immediately greeted by a very nice VS sales team member who asked how she could help. I let her know that I was a weird size and that I was looking for specific colors.
She gave me a once-​over and insisted that I actually be fitted. Yee haw, howdy, what a difference this made! I have never been approached and offered a fitting at any other VS and am so glad that this store clearly emphasizes the importance of the right size. I can now find my normal size in the bins without shame and I think I may hold my head a little higher as a result.
Thank you to the entire sales team at this Victoria’s Secret. My clothes look better and I feel MUCH better knowing I can find what I need in store, not just online!

I do not think 5 stars is enough for customer service. I have had a couple bad experiences at VC in my hometown. I decided to go to the one by my work for lunch and HAD the BEST Associates. Savannah my fitting girl and Ashley my stylist. The whole TEAM were working there tails off and over the top sweet and understanding. One pet peeve i have is when an employee does not know their product. and these girls know the product and past product.
Thank you girls for putting my faith back into my favorite bra.

The Lone Tree location is the largest Victoria’s Secret store in Colorado (and three surrounding states, apparently.) With so many rooms, I don’t know why I hadn’t realized it sooner, but this was news to me during my shopping extravaganza yesterday.
What brings me to Unilocal,however, is the outstanding customer service I’ve received during my last many visits, scattered throughout the year. Having lost almost 40lbs, my bra size has changed and I’ve needed new underthings. My only complaint is that my decided bra size seems to vary dependent upon the attendant who measures me. So, when I went in in August, they fitted me with a bra that was size equivalent to what i measured, but which didn’t wear well under regular shirts. 2 months later, during my visit yesterday, I found out that I could bring that bra in to receive store credit or exchange it for the correctly sized bra, which I did. I was blown away by this return policy and very satisfied.
But it was Michelle and several other nice ladies who made my experience great yesterday. If I couldn’t find something in my size, they found it in the back. When I mentioned a corset that I’d seen in the catalog, they retrieved it from the back as well. When I picked out a bra that the matching panty had sold out of, they called multiple stores in search of them, and when THAT failed, they searched online and found what I needed on the VS web site. Complimentary shipping on that order, which was also an amazing surprise.
I have always received this type of costumer service at this store, and prefer to shop here over other locations. It happens to be the closest, but being the biggest means they they have the most variety and the likelihood of finding your size is better too.

Great products, good sales people that stand behind any product issues and they always have something on sale.

This place has the WORST customer service. I have been shopping here for the better part of a decade. The service over the last few years has become horrific.
I will only shop in this store if I absolutely need something. If not, I prefer to shop on their website and not deal with the snotty BS. To be more specific, I have been over-​charged, ignored, hassled for returning an item with a faulty zipper, etc.
