The store service was good, and the bed is great for sleeping. Thats where the good ends.
The customer service number is atrocious. We have spent over 9 hours waiting to get through. We needed to send back 2 boxes, and the corporate sent us one shipping label. We then have been waiting for over 30 days to get the credit on the card and NOTHING!!! They have a 100 day return policy, and we are not liking the delay in returning parts and getting credit for them.
You cannot return anything to the store that you bought it from, thus making for a very labor and time intensive experience to return the product.
Then finally after another 1:14:42 on what I hope is the finale call our return will be made.

So first impressions are very important to us all, which is why I would return to this specific location. The lady who helped us was obviously very good at her job! Her name was Raven (spelling?) she was very friendly when we entered and slowly showed us around giving us price points. She warned us in the beginning she was a little bossy, yup she sure was in a friendly way! Overall great customer service experience. Now mind you the review is for the sale side of sleep number. The bed is alright I think for 8600k it should be pretty self set and not require me to constantly adjust and fix things. Save that review for another day.

Got a bed, it’s very comfortable. Bought it from a home show but the girl who helped worked from this store. I used their 100 day return policy on the dual temp, they were very nice and waived the return fee. So far so good!

Do not come in here unless you ACTUALLY plan on buying a bed the same day. we went here to test out a few beds and a new pillow but the sales people didn’t seem to want us in there it seemed as If we were kicked out. Very rude especially while were pre tax refund shopping. How are you supposed to keep a repeat customer (my sleep# is 10 years old and needs replaced) if you don’t treat them with respect just because we said we weren’t buying anything today ?? Very disappointed as we have always had great service and were treated with respect… I may even call their corporate to let them know how we were treated… if we can’t lay on a bed and try it a few times why would we buy it again? Disappointed to say the least. I DO NOT being treated like crap. further more I don’t like shopping in a store where we are not valued or respected…
