History

Established in 2011.

Founded by Dr. Joseph Silvernail and Carolyn Mellette Silvernail in July 2011. Our goal is a patient centered medical home that has the capabilities to cover all medical needs of the patient. We have Family medicine, primary care, chiropractic, physical therapist, acupuncturist and massage therapist that are leaders in their respective field. Specialties include hormone therapy, medical weight loss, allergies, back and neck pain, just to name a few. We are always happy to do consultations for patients to see if our office would be the right fit.
