Customer service is HORRIBLE, the employees are rude and act like they are being bothered. They refused to clean my bracelet because it is the holiday season. I went in shortly after they opened at 9 yesterday and they refused to clean it. I was the ONLY customer in the store with numerous employees. Funny, I went to another Pandora store today and they happily cleaned it. This store and its employees leave a lot to be desired.

I have been a pretty frequent customer at this store. I love Pandora jewelry and I take advantage of the ‘deals’ they have. Sadly, I’ve really only had a few good experiences here. I usually go in, with my one-year-old daughter in a stroller. Sometimes I spend some time there, browsing and sometimes I know what I want. Regardless, there are only maybe two ladies there who know what the heck they’re doing! That’s my first complaint. Secondly, I like when salespeople remember me. I mean, how hard is it to remember a girl who comes in with a baby and spends a LOT of money? I mean, I’ve been in sales, so i know how customer service works. I also know that these girls get commissions. So why on Earth, after working with a salesperson for over an hour and spending $ 500+, that salesperson never remembers me when I come in the store, is beyond me. I get calls since I’m a VIP, but they ask me ‘have you been here before?’ When I come in. Today, the crappy service was record breaking. My sister and I went in, looking for a couple of specific things. Two men came in after us and both of the clerks were at the registers. One of the clerks came out and knew the gentleman in front of us was next. Fine. The other clerk came out, looked at us and went to help the guys behind us. Whatever, right? So we left and got lunch and came back. When we got back, one of the clerks was at the phone. Taking a message, got off the phone and still had to be told to come help us… The clerks name is Shana. My sister wanted a specific charm and asked for it and the girl found it, put it back and brought out one she specifically said she didn’t want. It was almost laughable how bad her service was. I figured she was new, but it was almost like she had walked in off the street and started working there. We had more knowledge of the products than she did. Then when we checked out, we asked to be checked out separately. Of course, she rang everything up together! Then I asked if she was doing our purchases separately and she said No and looked like it was going to be a huge problem to do that… It was like a bizarro world where you get the exact opposite of what you ask for. Then, she hands me a receipt that said ‘store copy’ and I just went ahead and grabbed the other one and gave her the store copy. I had to tell her everything twice. I mean, I’m pretty patient with new staff, but there’s no way ‘Shana’ should have been selling anything on her own. I can honestly say I doubt I’ll be back to this store!

Walked in planned on buying two charms and a ring. Customer service was awful it took 15 minutes for them to even speak to us, it wasn’t that busy. At 15 min mark she said we will be with you shortly! Shortly there’s four people working and three doing nothing! So we just left the store. Will never go back to this location again!

This store is o.k. but small and very crowded. I have purchased bracelets and charms for me and my daughter before. I went today to return two charms purchased for $ 100.00 which I paid cash. I was told the store had not made enough cash today to be able to do the refund… they were required to keep a minimum amount of cash in the registers. Apparently, they can make change for someone who pays cash, but they have to wait until the store generates enough cash to do refunds in cash. Really? The young lady who was telling me this went back and talked to the manager, and came back to tell me they could call me when they had enough cash to do the refund, or I could take the two charms, leave and then I could call them to see if they had enough cash to do the refund, or I could wait for a check to be issued and sent to my home. Now, this is a business in what is supposed to be an «upper class» mall, and also a business that carries an abundance of items for more than $ 100.00 each. It doesn’t take very much at all to get to the $ 100.00 mark for a purchased there… yet…the manager cannot get $ 100.00 out of the safe? Or would the next excuse be that the manager doesn’t have access to the safe? Clearly, there is a problem with this franchise in that within the thousands of dollars it makes daily, there is not $ 100.00 cash available for a refund. And it wasn’t just this: When I went into the store, I was asked if I needed help. I stated very clearly I was there for a return. Then I was asked by the same lady(who I had just told I was there for a return), if it was an exchange or a return? I believe I will take my business elsewhere after I get my refund.
