Awesome customer service and they accept returns. I had to return 4 big bottles of champagne and their ease of doing business is awesome. Great selection and great prices. I will be back!

While I like my prices at Incredible better, these guys have a much more extensive wine selection.
I felt a little high brow when I realized the wines I wanted were in the «premium» section… pretty much anything higher than $ 10. Needless to say, they have a TON of wine. Especially if they’re breaking it out like this. Once I figured out the organization, I found what I wanted pretty quickly.
The staff was also really friendly and helpful and made sure I knew what I was looking for.
I didn’t shop the liquor or beer sections, but I remember them looking quite extensive.

They have the best selection and prices around. BUT their front checkout needs a little work. Long lines, snarky checkout people. My 86 year old father just got the treatment from a woman at checkout since he didn’t have the coupon he needed. A smile and nicer words always work even if you can’t give the discount without the coupon.

Your employees overreach with accusations of customers «coming in with other people», and insisting on seeing the ID of these alleged «other people».
Additionally, your minimum-​wage employees have absolutely no certified training in behavioral science, to a point where they can recognize attempts by customers to be deceitful. Instead, they badger them (customers) with questions and accusations. This does not endear people to your business.
The community is talking about your disrespectful treatment. Consumers do not need to tolerate, nor accept, the way you treat customers.

We needed Colorado microbrews for a happy hour event and these guys delivered. Huge selection, great prices, super nice employees. Honestly tried the nearest Costco first but they don’t sell alcohol. Looked up Unilocal and this one showed up first and the word «superstore» won me over. I mentioned we were a startup and he said perfect b/​c he was only recommending startup beers for us anyway — seriously they have every and all kinds of interesting local brews, mostly about $ 8.99 for a 6-​pk. Also hard ciders, even gluten-​free. They also gave us great «under $ 10» wine recommendations and told us the restaurants that served them. We left with a shopping cart full of beers, wines, ciders, sparking wines, plastic flutes, ice, etc — and a bill that was way under-​budget. Yay Lukas, yay us :)
FYI they have a loyalty program too.

I was excited to find such a large variety of Colorado beer and wine. I especially appreciated being able to purchase individual cans of lots of Colorado brews. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I hope to visit this place one more time before heading home.

This Lukas Liquor place is pretty rad!
Reminds me a lot of some other boozy superstores back home in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Basically, these guys seemed to have every wine, brew or spirit you can dream of.
My trip was just a quick stop in before a business meeting to pick up a «houseguest gift» as my cousin allowed me to crash at his place.
What did I get him? A massive jug o’ Fireball.
Shush, haters, the guy wants what he wants and I will gladly deliver!
What was awesome is the reduced price. If I recall, there was some summer promotion so I was able to get it for $ 19.99!

I think they may have the largest selection of beer, wine, and alcohol in all of the Denver Metro Area. That being said, I have always had an easy time navigating the store to what I was looking for. The staff are very knowledgeable and will certainly ask others in the store if they are uncertain about a certain product. The point system is also a great incentive to encourage loyalty to this location.

Best prices, best selection. I’m a bourbon drinker, the missus is a wine drinker. We never leave here empty handed nor disappointed. The staff is extremely helpful and they all seem to know exactly where everything is located. That might not sound like much but think of that next time you’re in Home Depot.

Nice promising liquor store. Unfortunately no one helped me while I was looking around including the owner who was openly talking about the financial details of buying the place with folks at the back tasting bar. It seemed like he was trying to impress his friends or something. I would have preferred that he would have taken the time to help a potential returning customer instead of pounding the drinks at the back bar. I finally went up to the front where there were 3 guys were just standing around chatting amongst themselves instead of helping customers. I asked if they had any Sake and they only had ONE bottle in the entire huge store. Not one brand, ONE bottle. Shocking! Anyhow, I mentioned to one of the guys behind the counter that it would be great if they stocked at least a couple more Sake options. I offered him some suggestions that he half way wrote down and then threw underneath the counter. I left that place without buying anything and unfortunately for them there are several liquor store options in the area. I went over to a competing liquor store across the street and they hooked me up with everything I needed. Sorry Lukas, you had your chance.

If they don’t have it. you don’t want it. My go to place because of selection and cost.

Since the Costco at Park Meadows does not sell liquor, this is by far the best warehouse to get your supplies. Great selection and fairly priced. Only drawback is that it is a warehouse, and thus employees did not seem to be wine experts that you would find at the smaller wine/​liquor stores.

I make a point to visit here ever time i’m down south. Lots of beer options — chilled and not. Wines are organized by country, and then a whole section for local colorado — which is great!
Staff can be as helpful or as unobtrusive as you want. Usually i’m just browsing, but when i have a sepcific need they are very helpful!

This is the only store I use in the area. They have a point system where you can earn dollars off future purchases. They also run specials from time to time on certain items… including Tito’s (thanks Lukas). The owner is often present and eager to offer suggestions.
The large, no huge, store is massive and yet set up in a way where you can clearly find what you need or want. Regardless if it wine or spirits,… you will find it.
Near the counters, they seem to always have different fun items such as king cubes, unique wine openers, freakers, etc. This place has it all!

Size definitely gives this liquor store an advantage in the immediate area, as well as their selection. However, the staff really isn’t visible or offering help except to check you out.
I only stop here when my neighborhood liquor store won’t cut it and a drive to their competitor down County Line to the west is just a hair to far. This is a place I go when I know what I want, but the neighborhood store doesn’t carry it, and I only need one or two quick things. This is not where I go to stock up and/​or peruse for something new. Everything about this place is just lackluster to me the few times I’ve been here.

If you want the short version: a horribly rude employee lost me, and 7 of my friends, as customers forever. I will never set foot in this store ever again, and would encourage anyone who appreciates decent customer service to follow suit.
If you want the long version: tonight, three of my friends and I left a group dinner at The Yard House in honor of our friend who is getting married tomorrow. The four of us decided after dinner to go to Lukas to get some champagne for tomorrow morning’s mimosas. The four of us (bride included) entered the store and started shopping for champagne. We were in the store about 10 minutes when, coincidentally, four other people who had just left our group dinner walked into the store as well. We all shared a laugh that great minds think alike, discussed our champagne choices, and then the four of us who originally entered the store moved to the front of the store to check out. Here’s where it got ugly.
Once at the register, the cashier informed is that she would need all four of our IDs. No problem, we understand the law. We abide by the law. We are all well over 21. So we began to pull out our IDs and then another employee of the store came to the register and told us we couldn’t complete our purchase until ‘all of our group’ came to the register and showed their IDs too. Confused, because the four of us who arrived together were already present and ready to show our IDs, we asked who else’s identification needed to be verified. We were told that because we were witnessed speaking to the other group of four, who came in 10 minutes after we did, all of them had to come to the register to show their IDs as well. At this point, the cashier (who was nice), spoke up and said that she only saw the four of us walk in together. The other employee then stated that she saw us all as a big group come in together (which we did not), and even though that group was not done shopping, and we were armed with our IDs, prepared to spend upwards of $ 200, they wouldn’t complete our transaction. She proceeded to be overtly rude, condescending, and churlish as we explained that we coincidentally ran into people we knew at the store, had no ill intentions, and just wanted to pay and leave the store. This back and forth continued until I said to the unfriendly employee that she was being very rude to us, to which she shouted back at me that she was not. This turned into a heated exchange that I can only compare to a small child throwing a temper tantrum when trying to show that they are ‘the boss.’ Although everyone in our group had an ID, was prepared to pay, and we did was call her out for being rude, she voided our transaction and told us to leave the store.
I have never come across someone whose main job function is customer service to be so poorly equipped with social skills, common sense, or even the simple ability to answer our questions about the store’s supposed procedures.
Some other Unilocal reviews also highlight how rude employees of this store are. I challenge you all reading this review to give your business to a store that appreciates you and your money. Lukas is not that store.

Huge place, great selection, helpful staff. Great place to stock up — their prices are really good.
They have a competitive loyalty program that DOESN’T require another stupid physical loyalty card to crowd your wallet or key chain.

It was my first time at Lukas Liquors, the BF’s favorite place when stocking up for a party and I was very pleased.
I may know my mixed drinks and cocktails but when buying liquor or wine I’m a bit of a novice. The phrase «I know what I like» comes to mind. The BF is definitely more versed in the language and knowing quality.
This is the first time I noticed that wine was rated on a point system (1 – 100) and that can help tell you if it’s a good wine or not. After the BF provided with me with a little more detail, off we went in search of a case of wine for our party. A mix of red, white, and a few bottles of Champagne and we were feeling great. There wine selection is better than most and there are a lot of good deals to be had if you take the time to look.
There is some sort of discount when you buy a case of wine, can’t remember exactly but we received $ 10 off at the register. That’s an especially nice touch when you’re buying a large quantity of anything.
Now that I know the point system better I should be able to pick out a pretty good bottle of wine in the future instead of choosing based on which label was the prettiest (yes, I did this).
I didn’t peruse much more of the store, but I plan to on future visits. Wine selection and value is top notch and will keep me coming back.

I’m fairly certain there is no alcoholic beverage that you can’t find here. They have lots of specialty drinks and liqueurs that smaller stores don’t carry. They even get Pliney the Elder in occasionally, but it does sell out fast. The prices here are comparable or slightly less than average, corner liquor store prices. I haven’t had much interaction with the staff, so I“m not sure how knowledgeable they are, but they’re generally very friendly and courteous.

I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to say I love I liquor store, but I love this one.
First off, it’s right behind Park Meadows Mall. Nothing makes my day better than a little retail therapy, followed by some more shopping for something delicious to drink.
Second, it’s huge. And not just huge in wine or beer, but in all categories.
Third, they have an entire section in the cooler for cider. A must-​have in my books.
I’m slowly working my way through the cider section and so far Angry Orchard and JK’s Solstice Hard Cider are my favorites. Prices are reasonable (~$ ⁸⁄₆ pack) and I like how you could go through them all and it would take you quite a while.
Their vodka section is my second favorite and it doesn’t disappoint. There are brands and flavors of all kinds and sizes. Recently we picked up a 1.75L bottle of Pearl vodka (with 2 small ‘shot’ bottles as extras) for $ 15.99. Normally I would be stoked with just that, but then there was a $ 10 mail-​in rebate. I’ve never seen a rebate for alcohol but we’ll take it!
Service is always excellent and sales associates are very knowledgeable. They have a rewards program that I don’t fully understand, but I’m sure it helps in some way. If only they would carry Canadian wine, I would be in heaven.
