Dr. Brock and staff are simply the best. I researched many companies several years ago before I settled on HRC and have never been disappointed. Dr. Brock provides an honest assessment of aids at a fair price. He goes the extra mile… even to the extent of using hearing aids before he gives a recommendation.

My mother has come here for two sets of hearing aids, which have, more or less, changed her life, and I’ve come here for custom-​fit earplugs. They’re good people, even the young lady at the front desk is nice.
The audiologist (Brock) is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and actually honest. I have some background in signal processing, and the things that he said to my mother about the newer hearing aids are all true, not just sales-​schlock. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch, it felt like a visit to a doctor, and I mean that as a high compliment. in my dealings with him, as well as in my mother’s dealing with him, I really felt like Brock wanted us to be happy more than he wanted us to pay a lot of money. And in a sales-​based business, that is incredibly rare and incredibly appreciated.
I would recommend this place to anybody who needs hearing aids, custom earplugs, or any other kind of audiological services. They’re good people.

The experience I had and have with this location is great. The moment you walk in the receptionist makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Broch Sturlaugson, Doctor of Augiology is really special. He fixed me up with a great product that was affordable and exceptional from Oticon.
