I sent on online complaint through HA’s website and the next morning the store’s general manager called me. Turns out the person who said she was the manager of the store was just the manager on call for the night. The store manager was very sincere in apologizing for this unfortunate event. She offered to ship my item via fedex overnight and gave me a coupon for next purchase (smart marketing strategy). I’m very satisfied with the outcome and they’re back on my list of favorite stores.

My 2.5 year old’s favorite place to shop. Oh who am I kidding, mine too. Their clothes are just awesome — great quality and stylish, which is unbelievably important to my toddler who has yet to string words together to form a sentence. They have sales on a regular basis, but for the most part, their clothes are more expensive than say Target or Oshkosh. On the flip side, I notice their clothes last much longer.
Employees have always been helpful and are willing to check the back room for missing sizes.

Come here because you want good quality clothes for your money that last, wash up well and are unbelievably soft.
THIER BABY SOCKS ARE AMAZING. Seriously, I don’t know what kind of Scandinavian magic goes into these things but BABIES CAN’T PULL THEM OFF. Okay, okay, if they tried hard enough they could pull them off — but then they’d also be nominated for the world record in baby tug-​o-​war. I buy these things for all of my friends that are becoming parents. Even if it’s their second or third child. They’re always excited to see that red and white box because they know it’s the magical socks.
Then, I learned that they made these socks into leather-​bottomed moccasins. PERFECT for my toddler. She wears those things every day and refuses to take them off. I had to buy another pair so I could wash them. It was getting gross.
They have great customer service, and their people are always very helpful if you’re looking for a suggestion and/​or other sizes.

Perfect colors, patterns and designs all describe the wonderfully detailed clothing.
The store is well laid out. The customer service is great. The prices are a bit pricey … but the quality is fantastic.
